It's Hakusen again. And it's the 4th day since the bottle was opened. I couldn't resist and drank it even though I didn't feel like posting.
On the first day, it had a new sake-like crispness and the green apple aroma that is characteristic of this brand. And the taste was thickened by the ori, which is the Hakusen flavor.
Now, how about today?
The opening of the bottle called "Jupon. You can feel it is alive.
The freshness is gone, and the green apple aroma is almost gone (but there is a little left).
The freshness has also faded quickly.
However, the bitterness and pungency have become more pronounced. The bitterness towards the end is particularly impressive.
It is not a very thick sake, so I have the impression that it is not suitable for fried food or animal oil, but it may be good with fish fat.
It was a good decision to use a four-pack bottle.
However, I prefer ogara-mi immediately after opening the bottle.
