I heard that this brand is not widely available in Kanto. It is sweet and spicy with weight. It also has a strong fruity aroma. Nada is blessed with water, rice, and climate blessed by Rokko, and has been one of the leading sake breweries in Japan since the Edo period.

I was attracted by the cute label and got this item. A shock after a long time❗️They said to drink it with a wine glass for sure. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. The name of this brewery MARS, EARTH, JUPITER, and GOWARINGO is amazing. And it's also amazing that it's 50% koji (half koji).

We had a sake from Sasaki Sake Brewery, a brewery that was revived in Yuriage, Natori City in the fall of 2019. The rice is Gin no Iroha, the first suitable rice to be developed in Miyagi Prefecture in 20 years. This is a sake that has just made its debut. (As of February 2020) It was delicious ^ - ^

Wakanami Sake Brewery is located in Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture. This brewery is getting a lot of attention for its female toji and young brewers. Freshness like undiluted sake, banana flavor! (I just wanted to say that lol)

Spring Limited Edition Sake from the Lohman Series🌸 It's here again this year♪ Aizu's sake is the best! Aizu's sake is a sure thing! It is characterized by the 4-stage brewing, in which "glutinous rice" is added in the 4th brewing, which is more than usual.

Bright red label, limited edition sake "Arai Comet" sold out quickly. Are you familiar with "Kikuseki"? Urano Sake Brewery in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture. It's a small brewery, but the toji (brewer), Mr. Arai, is a wonderful person. Although it is unfiltered raw sake, it is refreshing and not too sweet.

Although it is near the coast, it is characterized by the use of well water with high hardness through the shell layer. The acidity is strong and sharp❗️. Iwase Shuzo-san seems to be good at old sake too.

Tetsuyuki Tachikawa, aka "Tetchan", who is a brewer in the winter and aims to tour all the breweries in Japan in the summer, took on the challenge of using "Hitomebore", an edible rice with a milling ratio of 90% (only 10% is cut down) ❗️. It is characterized by sourness and sweetness, and is juicy. This is my favorite😁. It's rich in nutrients, so it takes a lot of time to manage during the process❗️.

Kamoshiki Sake Brewery Co. This is a series of cargo sake brewed by the 20th generation Toji Tanaka. First of all, it has the feeling of shuwa shuwa and freshness, and then comes pineapple flavor🍍😓 maybe. This is delicious (^^)

This is a sake made for drinking at home by Manjo Jozo, which is famous for "Jyoshito Kuheiji". From the name, I thought it was wine-like. I thought it would be wine-like from the name, but it's well balanced and goes well with all kinds of food. Manjyo Jozo is located near the ruins of Otaka Castle (the castle that Ieyasu defended in the Battle of Okehazama (^^)), which also appeared in the recent Taiga Drama. (It is the castle which Ieyasu defended in the battle of Okehazama.

I stopped by "Oki Daikichi Honten" (it's a sake brewery) when I went to Fukushima. The brewery was destroyed in the Great East Japan Earthquake, but rebuilt a stylish warehouse. The famous "Instrument Masamune" was not available, but I wanted to buy this item too❗️. The subtle sweetness and sharpness is amazing 👏 (I wanted to say "sharpness" lol) Easy to drink❗️

A sake I've been curious about for a while The oldest brewery in Tohoku, Tobiraseen Honpo "Tobishiryu". It uses malic acid yeast, and in addition to the crazy acidity on the label, the sake level is also crazy❗️(-25❗️) It is characterized by strong acidity and sweetness, but has a cohesive feel (^^)
