Purchased in Oita Prefecture during a road trip I had never had much sake from Oita, where sake and shochu cultures are mixed. Aromatic and crisp A sake that goes well with food. The label is cute🌸 The snack was a souvenir from Hachinohe City, where I went on a trip the other day 🦑🧀.

Sake series bought in Saga (5) A sake brewery in a theme park called Arita Porcelain Park🍶🏺. When I visited the Porcelain Park, I tasted it and enjoyed it, so I bought it! It has a strong, sweet, rich taste. No brand label, sake brewery only. Not much information on it when I looked it up... Probably a very rare sake✨ Munemasa Brewery is a rare sake brewery that bought an entire theme park and is also the management company!

Sake series bought in Saga ④. Nokomi Bloom🌸 A brand that you don't see much in Kanto but frequently in Saga 🍶. Gorgeous and light, with a pretty pink label to match. Kashima City is home to Yutoku Inari Shrine, one of the three largest Inari shrines in Japan, as well as a sake brewery street in the Hizen Hamajuku area ✨.

The one I bought at a liquor store when I went to Hanno: ⛰️🍶 A sake brewery I didn't even know existed... Very fresh with a muscat flavor and very fresh microbubbles🫛. Delicious!

Sake series bought in Saga (3) Saga Prefecture has a lot of sweet and striking sake, and I bought a lot of them, so the series continues... Omachi from the Motomine Tsuru series 🦢. Motomine Tsuru was named after the graceful figure of a crane that dances gracefully in the bosom of Mt. Motoyama. ⛰️🦢 The liquor store said it's a small brewery so it's only available locally, so I bought some. The aroma is certainly gorgeous and sweet, and it's hard to believe that it's a pure sake... I knew it was the right type.

Sake series bought in Saga (2) White by Higashitsuru Shuzo They use white malted rice used for shochu (distilled spirit), and the citric acidity is good for both sourness and sweetness 🍋. Very tasty. Mr. Nonaka, the current head brewer, is continuing to take on new challenges, such as reviving the brewing of sake that had been suspended and overcoming the damage caused by the torrential rains. I found good sake on my trip🍶.

I bought this sake 🍶 on my way back from a visit to Himi City, Toyama Prefecture. Fumikiku Sake Brewery, famous for "Hanyaya". Fumikiku is a local brand with a different production method. It's good to find something like this when traveling! The water used is from the Tateyama mountain range. The aroma is well-balanced, spreading softly and running out.

Denshin" purchased on a recommendation from a friend. A spring-only sake from Katsuyama City, Fukui Prefecture, which is the topic of conversation due to the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen 🍶🚄. It's gorgeous like a spring sake. A little bitterness comes in afterwards to balance it out. Katsuyama city is famous for dinosaurs because many dinosaur fossils have been found 🦕. I've never been there, so I'd like to go there.

"Rainfall." The name of the restaurant has been the subject of a lawsuit by a ramen shop regarding the name... The one I got from an acquaintance in Aomori. Miura Shuzo "Toyo cup" pastry sake 🍶. This is totally a dessert sake. Aroma of strawberries? I think it smells like strawberries 🍓. Kangiku Meikozo's Spring Sake 🌸🍶 continues to evolve by releasing seasonal limited edition sake in Chiba. OCEAN99 Nagi-Spring Misty The name "OCEAN99 Nagi-Spring Misty" is a reference to the sparkling surface of the sea in spring ✨. Sake by Naohiko Noguchi Institute and Noto Touji 🍶. Purchased on the way home from a reconstruction assistance trip to Suzu last month. The brewery is located in Komatsu City, but Mr. Noguchi is from Noto Town and has been a Noto Touji for generations. The Noto Touji is also known as one of Japan's four great Touji, and has a history of making a name for himself throughout Japan by working in the Kansai region and other areas during the cold winter months of Okunotou. The sake is rich, as is typical of the Noto Toji's sake. but also fruity✨. Delicious Noto sake! Okunoto and Noto Touji I want to dig a little deeper
