Ding Dong This is also a brand that Waka-Danna taught me. This is another sake from Ueda. I'll definitely drink it when I find it! We found a nice liquor store where we could find "Ding" 🏠. It's really good! The flavor comes rushing in 😋. It has the freshness of a fresh sake, but not coarseness.

In Ueda, Shinshu, I found it again 😵. It is hard to believe that this is the first season since they took over the business this winter... According to the liquor store where I bought it, it is a brewery that is not widely available but has great potential for the future! It starts with a citrusy sweetness, but is dry and light, and finishes with a firm sharpness. You can enjoy the changes in one sip 🍶. Like champagne 🍸! I think the level of sake in Ueda is really high!

I bought some sake at a sake brewery I stopped at on my way back from Aizu🍶. Kunigon. Stopped by the brewery because it was on the way back from Aizu. It is located in Minamiaizu-cho, Fukushima Prefecture, an area that is not easy to stop by unless you like going down the road lol. It has a refreshing aftertaste and is best drunk chilled in summer while eating seafood!

On the way to Toyama? Sake bought at "Squid Station Tsukumor" 🦑 in Noto, Ishikawa Prefecture. Sake brewery in Suzu City at the tip of the Noto Peninsula. Sogen Sake Brewery The sweetness on the palate is followed by a gorgeous aroma and finishes with a slight bitterness. It is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe that the alcohol content is 19%. I really like the taste. I realized once again that there are still many sake that I don't know about!

I couldn't forget "Hokuto Zuisho" which I drank in Sapporo, so I visited the brewery for the first time and bought it. It is slightly yellow and you can taste the rice flavor. The aftertaste is refreshing and easy to drink. Kobayashi Sake Brewery is the oldest sake brewery in Hokkaido🍶. It has a history of being loved by coal miners in modern Japan.
