In the Shonai region, which is famous for its rice, is the Tatenogawa Sake Brewery.
After the president changed, the brewery has been rebuilding its business, and is now focusing on "all Junmai Daiginjo", "1% polished rice sake", and expanding overseas❗️🌍
It's summer, so we went with something Okinawan.
I got some bitter melon and Okinawa brand pork "Kibimaru pork" 🐷
