I stopped by this restaurant on a whim. I asked the owner for a recommendation for my third drink choice. He recommended this one. Very interesting! I had never tasted it before. The red wine-like color is also new to me. It has an atmosphere of grapefruit, but it also has the feeling of medicine. It may be a habitual drink, but it is very interesting. I would like to drink it again!

I decided to have a drink at the counter. And then I saw it. The secret liquor was sogapère! It's not easy to find. I was so happy! I bought a limited edition. Yay! Every time I have Wind Forest, I say, "Oooh! Yum!" I am so happy to have this limited edition. This time it was "Wow! Yum!" This time, it was "wow! There is no aroma immediately after opening the bottle. It tastes great when you put it in your mouth. After the sweetness is felt, the sourness spreads. I felt that the sapidity was lower than that of the previous Kaze no Mori. It is not as strong as the 807, but it is not light either. Yesterday was a day off from drinking. I wonder if that had something to do with it.... It is outrageously delicious! Kaze no Mori is extremely delicious no matter which one I drink! I'm liking Kaze no Mori more and more~! I'm going to go fill up another glass, lol.

I bought this Shinomine in Nara! It is completely different from the unfiltered Rinri which I drank before. This one is fuller and mellower. It is not so modern. I would like to try different types of Shinomine. I love this sake. Autumn-aged sake is very interesting. I mean, sake is really deep! It's a lot of fun.

Fair! There were a lot of "Aki-agari and Hiyadori" at the department store! This is a bottle I chose from among them! It is delicious! It also has a nice aroma. This aroma is called "Ginjo Aroma", isn't it? The slight gasiness and just the right amount of sweetness were outstanding!

It was sweet and mild. It is a delicious sake. The national tour is a reach after finishing Sentoku! Now we just have to wait for the fishhooks. I heard that the Okinawa sake brewery will reopen on Ishigaki Island. I will look forward to the reopening!
