This is "33MISA" by Nada Kiku. I purchased it at Asano Sake Shop the other day. It was one of the bottles recommended by Mr. Mitsusa Kawaishi, the brewery's head brewer. He said it's named after its name, "MISA"! It is a sake from Himeji. Hyogo Prefecture is also very large. The sake I am familiar with is Nada Gogo. I was not familiar with sake from Himeji (Harima). But now that I'm here, I'm getting close to it. I'm getting curious! Let's have some! The aroma is slightly nice. It has the feel of ripe fruit. Slightly smooth and soft on the palate. Yes, this is delicious! It is fruity. Slightly sweet but with a clean aftertaste. It is a 500ml bottle.... I might drink the whole bottle.... The alcohol content is 15 degrees. I'm getting drunk! I will keep my eye on Nadagiku.

This is the second "Hiyoroshi Fair" following last year. More than 100 kinds of sake from all over Japan are lined up! It's a spectacular view! I could look at it all day! I had quite a hard time deciding what to drink, but this is "Hana Hato" from Hiroshima. I haven't drunk it, but I was curious about this brewer because of their summer watermelon label. And the costa is excellent! I'll have it from noon on Sunday. I guess it tastes like 6 classic and 4 modern. There is no aroma. When you drink it, the umami flavor comes first, but it is not sake-like. It will be delicious with autumn ingredients. I drank it very easily. It was a delicious sake! We will definitely win...Carp!

This brand impressed me at the end of May this year. It was an unfiltered, raw, undiluted summer sake. This time, I will have a dry one. Ooooooooo! The aroma is vinegar-like. It smells like vinegar. When you drink it, the atmosphere reminds you of that excitement. The summer sake was thick, but this one is super light. It is light and fruity. It is delicious! Mr. Okada, the brewer, was at the store. I immediately asked him for his autograph! He was very shy and said, "This is the first time for me to write something like this. I am so happy! This is "Judo" from Nadagiku Sake Brewery. The brewer, Mr. Kawaishi, visited the store on this day! I went to get his autograph! As usual, I get very nervous when I ask for his autograph... He was willing to write it for me! Thank you very much! This sake was introduced in a video called "Nada Kiku Channel". I was very curious about it. I heard that the younger brother of the founder of Nadagiku Sake Brewery is Mr. Kawaishi Shuzonosuke (川石酒造之助), who is known as the "Father of French Judo". That is amazing! This sake is brewed as an export-only product. That is rare! 840 yen for 45ml. I'll have a sip since I'm here! It has a very gorgeous aroma. It has a sweet touch, but it is very well balanced. It is very delicious! The aftertaste is also nice. I am sure that everyone in France will also enjoy this wine! I am sure everyone in France would agree.

The aroma is slightly strawberry. I'll have a sip! Yes, as expected. There is no sense of fizz. However, it is very tasty! I felt it was sweet, but it calmed down after the second sip. It is soft. It's like various fruits are intertwined with each other. It is a delicious fruity~~. It also has a nice aftertaste. I had it with a glass of Wind Forest. This is a limited edition sake from Kaze no Mori WEEKS. It is freshly pressed and flash-frozen, and is said to have appeared after three years. It has a faint aroma of bondo. It is mildly fruity. It didn't have any piquancy. I asked the brewer, Chobei Yamamoto, about the "Kaze no Mori Shuwa Shuwa Pichi-Pichi-Problem" that is still simmering in my mind. Mr. Yamamoto said, "The degree of fizziness changes depending on the timing of bottling. I hope people can enjoy each Kaze no Mori whether it has a fizzy feeling or not. That makes sense! I'm enjoying Kaze no Mori right away, starting with this one!

I went to the Wind Forest WEEKS 2025~! This is the second time I have been to WEEKS2025, following last year. This year, I bought an original glass and I am in a happy mood. I also attended a seminar by Chobei Yamamoto. There were about 12 people in the hall. It included a tasting of two kinds of Kaze no Mori. Both were poured by Mr. Yamamoto! I'm so happy~! This is Akitsuho 507. It is both pear-like and melon-like. At the end, I felt a sweetness like melted sugar. However, the aftertaste is light. The other is "Bodai Yuan Alpha 1". This one is smoother in comparison. It is also sweeter. It is a different impression from the Alpha 1 we had last year. But both are delicious! No doubt about it! Mr. Yamamoto gave me his autograph again! Yay!

This is my first Nada Chrysanthemum. However, I have watched Nada Kiku Channel many times. Mr. Kawaishi, the brewery's toji (master brewer), has been presenting the charms of sake. This is a cup I was looking forward to. It has a slight amber color. It also has a nice aroma. It has a soft taste. It has a smart flavor without any cloying taste. The sweetness is just right. It went well with Kaisen-don (fresh seafood on rice)! I would like to try MISA series and other Nada Kiku!

This is my favorite Senzuke-san! I made sure to appeal to the warehouse staff! I searched for it on the Internet and found that the price was 6,480 yen! My hands were shaking. This time, I got it for 400 yen! What is that aroma? It's delicious, but it's a definite smell~! Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! This is good! It's fruity but firm. After knowing the price, I nodded my head yes, whispering, "It's so luxurious~". It tastes like that, lol. I hope I can buy a bottle someday. Senzuke Key Keg Unfiltered Nama Sake Next is Senzuke's Kikeg. We had it last time at this event. You can taste freshly squeezed sake made with a special technique. Sake is served from the server. On Sunday the 21st, I went to the Mikage Local Sake Festival! Seven breweries from Mikage Township gathered in a long shopping street. This was the second time I participated in the festival, following the first one in April. First of all, here is FUKUNOHANA. Oh, it is a light nigori. It has a firm flavor. It also has a sweetness, but I guess this is the Wasanbon, which I have recently memorized (lol). It's the beginning of a delicious festival! Daikoku Masamune Shiboritate Aged Sake I forget for a moment, but I think it was called "matured sake".... I forget the name, but I think they called it "matured sake"... Osaka Sake Square 2025 ③. When we think of Osaka, we think of Akirika! This sake is made in the town of Nose in the northern part of the city. This one is clear and colorless.
