My favorite Senzuke. It is a summer sake, Blue Label. We had it at the store last year. This time I bought a bottle! I can drink a lot of it. The aroma is apple. It smells like sweet chewing gum. I guess it's still apple when I include it~! Well, it is delicious! There is no gassy feeling. It is sweet and fruity. However, it is refreshing when you finish it. All Senzuke is delicious~!

Osaka Bay Tower (1) I went to the first part of the festival! We had a toast at the 3pm start of the second part of the festival. It was hot! The temperature was 34 degrees Celsius. However, it was ok because there was a moderate breeze and a ceiling. I was able to concentrate on the sake. More than 22 local sake breweries from all over Japan were lined up. Today's goal was to "drink as much as possible. We proceeded with a simple-is-best visit plan. The first brewery is Naruto Tai. It's good~! Delicious. They use "LED dream yeast" developed by Tokushima Prefecture. I got the impression that it had a strong acidity. It is fruity and refreshing. 0Naruto-tai Ginjo-shiboritate Nama-nihonshu It is a sake in an aluminum can. It was very cold! It is also fruity and delicious.

This is delicious!!! This is one of the most memorable bottles. There was a warning about opening the bottle. I was excited and braced myself, but it opened easily. However, when I put it in the glass, I could visually see the shwash. I could also see the aroma and the corkage. The total color is cloudy. I wonder what the aroma is. It is sweet and milky. At first sip, the acidity spreads in the mouth. This wine is easy to drink. Before I knew it, I was on my third glass (sweat), but it's Friday. Let's drink it! The sweet and sour taste is outstanding. As everyone has commented, it tastes like a LaFrance Bonjour. Like a melon passing by at the very end (knowingly). I am already drunk! Drinking at home is great too~!

I purchased this sake at a recent Harushika event. This is the first sake that we have tried at Harushika. It is a sake brewed with "Kotobukinmoku" rice. It is a cross between Yamada-Nishiki and Yume-Ichiken rice. This rice is also used for Eiko Fuji and Wakanami. Harushika said it might be limited to this time only, so we took it home. I'm going to eat it now. It has a sweet~~~ aroma. In my opinion, this sake is classified as a rich fruit type sake that tastes good even with ice. It is indeed sweet. However, it also has an excellent balance with the acidity. The alcohol content is 17%, but I don't mind it so much. This is delicious! I put one ice cube in it. I think it is a refreshing summer sake. It is delicious!

The second bottle. Dong! This sake looks great on a chabudai! For the second bottle, I chose "Kurehaaru! The price is much less than 3,000 yen. Quite reasonable. We split it between two and a half four-pack bottles. I think it can be served at room temperature, but I will have it cold. It has a full-bodied feeling. It has a sweetness, but it is refreshing. I will drink it in small doses. Kurehaaru only has one bottle of sake. And they don't have Junmai sake either. It was introduced as Tanizaki Junichiro's favorite sake.

It is a four-stage sake brewing process. The rice is Hinohikari produced in Nara Prefecture. It has a sweet and fruity taste. It was very delicious! Mr. Kusano told us many interesting stories. He told us that nine people make sake at the brewery. Wow! I heard that the brewery that Harushika-san is good friends with is "Saku-san"! Wow! Seibei Imanishi Shoten and Mr. Imanishi of Mimuro Sugi have nothing to do with each other even if you go back in time. Hee! And he gave me his autograph! Yay! I told him about my love for Nara sake. I would like to visit the brewery again. It was the best sake party ever. Thank you to everyone at the restaurant and Mr. Kusano!
