The last time I drank Tianzhuang was "Saikou Ara (Sakel)". It was very sour and vinegar-like.
This new sake tasted colorless and clear.
It had an elegant and gentle mouthfeel.
It is a sake that goes well with food.
After the aged kijoshu.
I washed the glass well.
As for the aroma, it was about 1/20th of the aroma of the kijo-zake I just drank, lol.
I may have been pulled in...
By coincidence, I wrote down a sentence from a book I read during my lunch break that day.
The Tsuki no I sake brewery is close to the sea. Sake that goes well with seafood has developed."
I didn't expect to see you a few hours later!
It was a full-bodied sake with a delicious flavor.
I would like to try it with sashimi next time.
This is the first time I've had a few kijoshu.
I'm getting a kick out of the aroma (lol).
It is incredibly sweet.
It is not sangen sugar. And it is not caye white sugar either.
However, it has a sweet aroma like melted sugar.
When you put it in your mouth, it is still sweet. It is thick.
It is said that matured sake goes well with mapo tofu and broiled eel. Well, that may be true.
I would like to try it someday.
This one drink has strengthened my resolve!
The eve of a 4-day weekend! The feeling of freedom is awful lol
We are headed to Sakélist Umekita, a restaurant we haven't been to in a while!
It is an all-you-can-drink restaurant.
The good thing about this restaurant "as for me".
That is the fact that I do not get to choose the sake.
Several bottles of sake are arranged in a case of ice water.
I do not know the brand name in advance.
You can have whatever is available on the day. That is the style.
Recently, I thought it was interesting.
It is a sake that you come across by chance.
The first cup is "Eeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
It's a foul-headed encounter.
It's a sake I've always wanted to drink.
I learned about Fukkai through a video on Salmon Lab. I was so moved by Mr. Fukuda's story.
Today, I would like to make a toast to the sudden encounter.
It has a very elegant taste.
There is no bitterness at all. It is like a calm sea.
It was a delicious sake that made me want to drink it all the time.
It is the 100th anniversary of Nishinomiya City!
This is a special "Miyatan (image character of Nishinomiya City)" bottle brewed by Osawa Honke Brewery.
However, the 100th anniversary is not written on the label, which makes the commemorative bottle a little worrisome (lol).
The first sip is a bit sharp. However, from the second sip, it became milder.
It is mellow and has a great sharp taste.
However, it also has a sweetness like candy canes.
I thought it tasted better after a few days than on the first day.
Nishinomiya City is home to Imazu-go and Nishinomiya-go. Wishing for its continued development, Kanpai!
Hi Pekkaaru 😃.
So Nishinomiya city is 100 years old! Utsunomiya city will probably celebrate 130 years next year 🤗.
I wonder if "Miyatan" will be there to celebrate too because of the Miya connection 😁.
Hello, Jay & Nobby! I see that Utsunomiya City is 30 years your senior!
I would like to have Miyatan drink some good sake from Tochigi!
But by the way, for your information, I am not a citizen of Nishinomiya, lol.
I love the Wind Forest.
I have received many different varieties, but this "Respect to No. 6" is my first.
Last year, I tried to find it here and there, but could not find it.
Now it is in front of me.
I am of the mind that I would like you to sit in front of it.
Pop! The bottle is opened with a nice sound.
The aroma is banana.
When you include it, a slightly firm acidity spreads in your mouth while holding down the sweetness.
As time passes, the sweetness begins to assert itself.
I also felt a fine schwash, but it seemed milder than the usual Kaze no Mori.
It uses 66% polished rice with white malted rice and No. 6 yeast.
There is no doubt that it is delicious!
It is 500ml.
I drank half of it...
I don't know the difference between No. 6 and No. 7, but that's all for today!
I got another one.
This is the first time I have seen this one.
It is a limited edition sake brewed at the Katsuragi Sanroku Brewery using sake rice from Chiba Prefecture.
It gives the impression of being a little different from Kaze no Mori.
However, it is a refreshing and easy to drink sake with a slight sweetness. I was glad to have it!
At the store, we purchased Nanaro 657 and Alfa 1.
Mr. Furutaka of Aburanaga Sake Brewery, who was visiting the store, said, "This year's Alpha 1 is amazing! He told us, "This year's Alpha 1 is amazing!
This is a must buy! I am very much looking forward to it.
Mr. Furutaka is soft-spoken and handsome.
It was a pleasure to meet him. Thank you very much!
We are moving from Mikage to Sannomiya.
Another to-do today was at SANNOMIYA, Asano Japanese Sake Shop.
Jaja jaja!
I got an autograph from Mr. Furutaka of Kaze no Mori and Aburacho Sake Brewery ~~~~!
We were informed on the store's Instagram that he would be visiting the store.
I was so excited and anxious for a few days.
I have been anxiously fidgeting for a few days. My wish came true!
We talked a lot. I was so happy!
I heard that they are planning various events for this year as well!
I'm glad I was able to share my love for Kaze no Mori.
That's the momentum, isn't it? I received 1569 for the water end, which I have been longing for.
If I were Bill Gates' son, I would not hesitate to spend the money, but it is 2,000 yen for 45 ml.
I will take it carefully.
This is the first aroma I have ever had!
It has a sour taste, but I don't think it is sour.
I also felt a full-bodied sweetness.
So this is the sake that was drunk in the Muromachi period! I am glad I could drink it!
Pekkar, I'm so glad to hear from you 😃.
I can feel your excitement 🤩 to meet Mr. Furutaka! You might not be lost even if you were Eron Musk's daughter 😅You were right to go with the momentum 👍.
Hello, Jay & Nobby!
Mr. Furutaka is the PR person for Wind Forest. We were thrilled to meet you! Daughter of Eron Musk lol!
I bought a bottle of sake for about 2,000 yen for a 720 ml bottle after 2,000 yen for a 45 ml bottle!
This is the second half of the Mikage Local Sake Festival.
Next up is Hamafukutsuru Kuzo.
It is smooth and fluffy. But you can also feel the alcohol.
It was the kind of sake you would drink under a cherry tree~.
The foreigner is also full of people.
I wanted to talk to them, "Japanese saké, Delicious?" I wanted to talk to them. I actually didn't....
Next is Hyakumoku. It smells great! It is so delicious!
And then, Daikoku Masamune. This is a "21 year old honjunshu (matured) sake.
It has a great punch! It was so delicious that it made me smile just like Kenrishi!
And finally, Fukuju.
Very refreshing! Light and easy to drink! It was a sake that left a lasting impression!
The train is rocking and rattling.
Today's destination is Hanshin Mikage Station!
I went to an event called "Mikage Local Sake Festival.
Seven breweries in Mikage Township, including Kenbishi and Fukuju, opened stalls.
Arriving at the station. As I went down the stairs, an old man with a bright red face came up.
This must be because of the event we are about to go to!" A good guess worked.
The stalls were set up in a long, straight shopping street. We had to stop at a traffic light on the way.
There were so many people. You can tell just by passing each other! You can tell just by passing each other.
Here is a digest of the event.
First, "Chiyoda Kura Fukunohana" (Chiyoda Kura Fukunohana)
It is a light nigori Junmai Daiginjo.
It is very popular! There was a line of people waiting for it.
Fruity but firm.
Next was my favorite Senzuke!
We had three kinds of sake!
Woohoo, "Senzuke KeyKeg"!
It was served from a beer-like server. We had freshly pressed sake!
It was delicious!
Next up was Kenbishi. I chose the "Mizuho Kuromatsu Kenbishi"!
It's a gutsy type! It's too gutsy! I laughed when I put it in my mouth!
It's delicious!
This is the last of the "Never Drank Before Series."
I felt it was the darkest of all the sakes we drank this time. It gives a strong impression.
I did not feel much gas.
However, it was fresh and delicious!
We finished with lots of water.
I went home with an aura of happiness.
I love sake!
Hello.
Thank you for having a drink from my hometown, Minamiaizu-cho!
When I was in elementary school, I was a Hiroshima fan and wore a hat too. It was the era of Koji Yamamoto, Kinugasa, Enatsu, and Kitabeppu. (lol)
Hi, nabe-san!
I, too, was in the era of Lytle, Garrett, and Takahashi Yoshihiko~ lol!
I used to go to school in a Hiroshima hat, surrounded by all the tigers!
I guess it was some kind of fate!
I would like to try Hanaizumi again!
It already looks delicious just by looking at the bottle (lol).
It is said to be a limited edition sake. I'm so happy~.
Fresh and slightly sweet. Slightly acidic.
We enjoyed it very much!
This is the second Toyama sake of the day.
This is also my first Hayashi-san.
It has a very nice aroma! I feel banana and melon.
Refreshing and fruity. Well, all of them are too good to drink!
This is Toyobai, which is often seen at Sake-no-Wawa.
This is the first time I have had it!
This one is delicious too!
I see they use rice called Toyobai rice!
It is hard to tell the difference, but it was a delicious cup anyway.
The second drink was a sake from Toyama.
The store owner told us that it is a very rare sake!
It is Kachikoma, written in hiragana.
Yay! I'm so excited!
It has a light bond aroma. I can also taste banana!
The menu said it was dry, but I felt it was sweet. However, it has a clean aftertaste.
I repeated several times, "This is delicious! How can I describe it?
In the end, I couldn't come up with the right words to describe it....
I had it with sashimi. It was delicious!
It is what we used to call "flower money".
We have arrived at our favorite restaurant.
There are many Japanese sake.
Tonight we decided to have the "Never Drank Before Series"!
Which shall we start with...
The first drink is Minami.
From you~~♪ Touch! I stretched out my hand (lol).
The pink label is beautiful.
It has a slight aroma.
It tastes fresh and fruity.
Good morning, Mr. Pekkaal!
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, this post brings to mind the scene of you enjoying a cheerful Hanakin 🎵.
Like Minami, I'd like to try some Kochi sake this year 😊.
Looks delicious 😋.
Good morning, ma-ki-! The jolly flower money was staggered.
However, I will wake up at exactly 4:00 a.m. today, too, lol.
Kochi's sake is famous all over the place!
I would like to try a variety of them!
I received this from someone at work. This is the second Tosa sake following Kurei.
It has a wonderful aroma.
It smells like freshly cooked rice with a hint of flowers.
It was a very fitting impression, even for me (laughs).
It is very delicious! Sweet fruit.
Very fruity! This is good!
It was 300 ml in no time.
Thank you so much for the food!
I received this from someone at work.
Thank you very much!
I chilled it well in the fridge.
This is the second Kurei.
The snack is "Tosa Hachikin Ten".
We received this as well.
The alcohol content is 18 degrees. It is quite good, isn't it?
It has a nice fruity aroma.
However, when you drink it, it is very dry.
The sharpness is also outstanding. I guess you could say it is light and dry.
It is a bingo with Hachikin Ten!
I think ginger goes well with it. It was very delicious!
The last is Souhyo from Tochigi!
It has a nice acidity~.
The flavor lingers on the palate.
It was a very delicious sake.
Sake events are fun!
Thank you to everyone at the store and the staff!
We look forward to seeing you again next year!
Hi Jay & Nobby!
Yes, I was influenced by Jay & Nobby! I was influenced by Jay & Nobby's influence on Souhyo!
I would like to drink a lot of sake from Tochigi!
This is Niseko, which I was curious about.
The partner dish is "Hokkaido Ezo Deer Stewed with Spices". I was curious about this one too.
Both are delicious!
The sake gives the impression of being neither modern nor classic.
It was an easy-drinking sake that went well with the dishes~.
