It is insanely delicious! It's not young, but it's not too siblingly either. Really, it is just the right amount of soothing. Elegant and fruity. But not pungent and sharp. It has a rounded and cool image. It is not the Hiroshi Abe of the Men's Non-no era, but the Hiroshi Abe of a little earlier.

It rained all morning today. However, this month is "Nara Sake Enhancement Month. With my pants soaking wet, I headed to Asano Sake Shop. This is Shinomine. The description on the order form said they use brewer's yeast. It has a nice aroma. It is an excellent yeast! It was sweet and sour, but I thought it was a very well-balanced sake. I paired it with curry cashew nuts and salmon cod roe. These go very well together. Today was a day when I was impressed by the total "sake and snacks" compatibility.

I went to the opening of the Fukuju brewery. I arrived 30 minutes before the event, but the line was surprisingly long. It was the first time for me to see the replacement of cedar balls. I also enjoyed the demonstration of Nada's sake brewing songs. 0 [Limited Sake for the first time at the brewery] 2 years old Junmai The aroma was that of an old sake. However, it is really beautiful in the mouth. There is no sense of alcohol. It is perfect with a meal. 0 [New Sake] Junmai Nigori It is a white nigori. It is not sweet. It does not have a "shuwa shuwa" feeling. You can feel the rice. It tasted like there was sweetness in a faint, distant place. 0 [New Sake] Junmai Ginjyo Nama Sake It is fruity. We were happy to receive a new sake. It gives the impression of being a little firm, but it was very tasty. 0Warabi Sake This is the sake we were served on the way home. It was a cask sake. Aroma of cedar wood. It was a very tasty sake!

Oh no, it's delicious! I like Okura more and more! This sake is derived from "Donzurubou" in Kashiba City, Nara Prefecture. The rice is, what a surprise, livestock rice! Boo hoo hoo boo! This is not old-fashioned rice. It is "hoshiaobe" rice grown in the city for animal feed. Mr. Okura's eternal "chuunibyou" (laugh). It's a fun challenge! Yes, it is good! One sip and the image changes. You feel the usual sweetness. And it doesn't linger as usual. It may be more like a caramel feeling than a rich fruit. It seems to finish with a sourness. The rice polishing ratio is 55%. It is junmai ginjo class. However, since the rice is not sake-making rice, it is said to be "ordinary sake". I have wanted to try this sake for a long time. I am very satisfied! This is a sake that I would love to see cows, pigs, and chickens drink!

On my way home from work, I was informed at a liquor store that "Saku is in stock"! This is the only way to go. Enochi is the only choice. That's because Impression M was very tasty. The joy of being able to buy Saku close to home. I may have already feasted at the stage of paying for it. But after all, I will eat it. Oh, it smells sweet. Smooth and beautiful. Is it like a pear? It is fruity. It's refreshing, but it may be the most robust of the crop. This is delicious! I was very satisfied with the Sakusama!

Thank you very much for taking the Hankyu train today." Here is a drink from Osaka. What a surprise! This sake is a collaboration between Kiyotsuru Sake Brewery and Hankyu Corporation. Amazing! The bottle is the image color of Hankyu Railway. The back of the bottle shows the station sign (lol). I use the Hankyu Railway every day. I ordered it without thinking. It tasted like the sake. It was a delicious sake that would go well with food. So, no second transfer today, we are at the end of the line.

Did the three-day weekend make it so? I went to Asano Sake Shop two days in a row! Maybe Mr. Okura made me do so (lol). I really wanted to drink it. The aroma is mild. It is a nice smell of Mr. Okura. This one uses Edo yeast. The sake level is -10. Of course, it has a sweet image, but the sourness also plays a big role. The balance is excellent. It has a smooth texture on the tongue, but I think it is a relatively light type of sake among Okura's. We enjoyed it very easily!

It smells very nice too. I don't know how to describe it.... Anyway, I can't get enough of it! This is Okura-san with Aizan and No.6 yeast. The sweetness spreads in your mouth. It is also powerful. The balance with the acidity must be exquisite! It finishes the drink neatly. So it is an endless loop of drinking it again right away. Delicious! President Okura is the best! Everyone in the restaurant was smiling~!

In November, Asano Sake Shop is holding the "Sake Nara Fair". On the 1st, Mr. Okura visited the store, so we went there~. It was past noon, but the store was packed. Mr. Okura, wearing a hachimaki, was serving customers with a fan in his hand! He is loved by everyone! First of all, I had a cup of Asahi! I love Okura after all! (laugh). The aroma is outstanding. Gentle on the palate. Ripe fruit. Syrupy sweetness, but zero stickiness. Not tart. Strong flavor. It is a very drinkable sake. It was an extremely tasty sake.

Luncheon meeting after the Japan-U.S. summit meeting. It seems that Umenoyado's Katsuragi Junmai Daiginjo was served! I feel kind of happy (laugh). This is the sake we brought back from the recent brewery opening. It is the opening of the Hanakinisake! I've been looking forward to it since this morning. It smells great. Oh~~! It's so delicious! The rice polishing ratio is 90%? It has no off-flavor, no habits, and is just delicious. It is a waste of my poor expression to describe this sake. It has a moderately sweet but fruity flavor. As you continue to drink it, it gets a good kick. I bought a bottle of "Smooth Cheetara" at Lawson. It goes well with it! In no time at all, I had my second cup! I'm in a good mood.

This is a story from a recent Sunday. We headed from Umenoyado to Gosho City. Aiming for my favorite Kaze no Mori (Wind Forest). Ooooooo! There it is, the "Aburacho Sake Brewery. I've seen the chimney-like tanks and the well that produces super-hard water in videos! I was very impressed! Then, we decided to buy sake at the nearest liquor store from Kaze no Mori! This is Higashikawa Sake Shop. The sake I chose was Future Sake III! ◯Founder's jar brewing Aged shochu "Firebird Fat: 10-year old shochu "Takacho It is a trifecta of the overlapping of time. The alcohol content is 19%. It is served with a pinch. The aroma is a pleasant bonded smell (in a good sense), and it smells like banana. When you put it in your mouth, you will say, "What the heck is this? It's so delicious! The texture is thick on the tongue. Very rich. It is quite sweet, but surprisingly refreshing. This is the type of sake that can be served on the rocks. This is a type of sake that has never been served in Kaze no Mori before. The 19% is very strong. However, there is no sense of alcohol at all. There is no sharp taste either. I'm looking forward to drinking it tomorrow and beyond. It's good!

I can't stop writing reviews. It's going to be about 3 sheets of A4 paper...(sweat)... I'll cut it.... I will cut it! I will omit quite a bit. I visited the Aburacho Sake Brewery. There is a liquor store near the brewery. I bought a cup of Shinomine sake there. This is Higashikawa Sake Shop. The back of the business card is Yabari! So cool! I had it cold. Very refreshing. No sweetness. It has a beautiful dry taste. Today it is served in a hot pot. It is a sake that goes well with all kinds of food. It is delicious! At a railroad crossing on the way to the restaurant, we found the word "Kushira" (櫛羅)! It is another brand name of Chiyo Sake Brewery. Kushira is the name of this area. I was so happy that I took a picture of it.
