Kachikomaかちこま しぼりたて本生
ぺっかーる
The second drink was a sake from Toyama.
The store owner told us that it is a very rare sake!
It is Kachikoma, written in hiragana.
Yay! I'm so excited!
It has a light bond aroma. I can also taste banana!
The menu said it was dry, but I felt it was sweet. However, it has a clean aftertaste.
I repeated several times, "This is delicious! How can I describe it?
In the end, I couldn't come up with the right words to describe it....
I had it with sashimi. It was delicious!

Hi, Pekka Ru 😃.
Katsuma is the best for sashimi, isn't it? I'd love to try some hiragana too 🤗.
Unme 😍 is right 😄.

Hi Jay & Nobby!
Yes, I think you're right! You're right about the "unme~"!
It was a "don't think, feel" type sake!
