As one would expect from Niigata Prefecture, which has the largest number of sake breweries in Japan!
There are so many different kinds of sake!
This one is even more fruity. It was a beautiful and delicious sake!
This month is the month of my own Nara Sake Fair, and since last week, it has been "Asano Sake Shop -> Niigata wo Kome"! My own Niigata Sake Fair is also being held at the same time (lol).
Tsururei is delicious!
I thought Koshitanrei was an expression of taste, but it was the name of the rice....
It is fruity. It was definitely delicious!
Good evening, Pon-chan!
Onigiri! I have not eaten it yet! I noticed it last week. Next is the Yuki no Mayu course from Mimuro cedar. I'm going to try onigiri!
Next is Harushika-san.
It was sooooooooo good! I felt a hint of glacial sugar at the end. I like the taste of this sake.
Delicious~~! It went well with the sake lees cream cashews as a snack.
A fine Sunday!
November is Nara Sake Enhancement Month lol
We headed to Asano Sake Shop!
This time it was Harushika!
First of all, here it is. It was served cold.
The first sip was sharp and dry. Strangely enough, it calmed down after the second sip. It is a sake that is easy to drink.
The snack is cheese with a few baby cubes. It goes really well with it! The restaurant recommended lukewarm heating the sake.
Finally the time has come.
It is the white bottle seen in the third row of the refrigerator.
I met the X-type I had been longing for! The price is 2000 yen for 30ml! I'll skip lunch next week.
Bon appétit! Honestly speaking, I really don't know what to say. Refreshing acidity. Elegant sweetness.
I sipped it little by little, but it was a quick one-shot. My next goal is to drink it at home~!
Good evening, ichiro18! Seriously? You came to our store! What a great pleasure! The stairs, yes.... They are dangerous when alcohol is involved. It is safe to bring a helmet and a lifeline~ lol!
This is my second restaurant since it's Hanafin.
Oh no, it is just delicious. The note on my phone just said "Fruity, but I don't know what that is" (laughs).
It tastes very fruity, but I don't know which fruit it is.
It went perfectly with the pickles that were served at the end of the meal!
Hi ma-ki-san! Masayo-san, I looked back to see that I had had a drink before, and it was this year's New Year's Day sake, lol.
This is only my second time at Masayo-san. I want to drink more!
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
Haha (lol) Cute, isn't it? Then, I guess I should shout out loud like Mikitty~!
When you drink Masayo-san and it tastes good, "FURUTEEEEEEEE!!!! (lol).
The last one is a sake from Akashi City. I have always been curious about this brewery.
I stopped by last summer. However, it was closed. Finally, I was able to taste it!
It has a nice aroma. Banana, perhaps? Smooth and smooth. It has a sweetness, but it finishes with a sharp edge. It may be super dry.
We are very satisfied with the delicious food and sake. Thank you very much for the meal!
I looked up how to read it on my phone (lol).
The second drink is "Oumei".
This is a sake from Tanba Sasayama City. It is famous for its button nabe made with wild boar meat~!
Ooooooooo! Is it ripe grapes? It gives the impression of being dark, jun-sweet.
However, it also has a fresh and refreshing feeling. Delicious~!
Good morning, Mr. Pekkaal!
Oh, it's rich and sweet like ripe grapes 🤤.
It looks even fresher and fresher ~ very tasty 🤤!
I would love to meet some sake from Hyogo Prefecture since I don't get a chance to drink it often 🤗.
Hi, ma-ki-! Hyogo is also very large! I did not know that there is a brewery in Sasayama. I am surprised at your store! I would like to enjoy various Hyogo sake!
This restaurant has a wide variety of local sake from Hyogo Prefecture.
First, let's toast with Awaji Island sake.
It has a strong, umami-guchi taste. It has a strong flavor. It is strong.
It has no strange smell and is easy to drink even though it is strong.
It went well with fried octopus. We don't have a picture of the bottle. Too bad...
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
Silent 700! haha lol!
But try reading it vertically.
It doesn't mean anything! LOL!
It's a fun sakewa activity. Thanks again, Jay!
It's a weekday, so it's the last drink (sweat).
Super spicy but fruity.
Mellow mouthfeel. It also has a sweetness. It is crisp at the end.
It seems to go well with any dishes. I can recommend this sake to everyone.
I thought to myself, "I might already know what Yamada Nishiki sake is!
100% Yamada-Nishiki, I had no idea!
Umaii! Dark juice. But refreshing. It also has a refreshing aftertaste.
It was very delicious!
I had it in a restaurant before; the second time I drank it at home in a bottle! I'm so glad~!
Yes, it is delicious!
A little stuffy on the nose, but still a nice, ooey-gooey aroma.
More elegant than gorgeous. I would say it tastes like grapes and melon.
It was a delicious sake with just the right amount of sweetness all the way through!
We're definitely going to win...Carpe ♪
This is Toyosawa Shuzo by Toyoshuku.
Liqueur sparkling wine. They make a lot of different kinds of sake.
Refreshing and refreshing! The alcohol content is 5%.
Sparkling rice.
It is just like a normal juice. 200ml.
I finished 200 ml in no time. It is delicious!
Once again, I thought that Goromaru was an amazing rugby player.
I think there are quite a few people who see Gorohachi and think of Goromaru (laughs).
This one is the flavor of rice~.
It also has a sweet taste. The alcohol content is 21 degrees. I think it tastes good when mixed with soda or other drinks.
By the way, it seems to be read as Gorohachi, not Gorohachi.
The second restaurant is one that I have been curious about for some time. It has a lineup of Niigata's specialty products. There is also a standing drinking counter. I decided to have a drink.
Oh, it's Kamizenjosui! It's a kamizen nyosui. It is very easy to drink. It does not have any peculiarities.
The snack is "eringi mushrooms with spicy miso". It's outrageously delicious! Of course, it goes well with sake. It is sold at the store. It is a double starring role of sake and snacks. It is delicious!
The sake level is plus 18 degrees. The sake was easy to drink rather than spicy.
It goes well with snacks.
It is as if sea lions were singing. I nodded my head loudly (laugh).
I thought it was a perfect food sake. The synergy is too great!
It is insanely delicious!
It's not young, but it's not too siblingly either. Really, it is just the right amount of soothing.
Elegant and fruity. But not pungent and sharp. It has a rounded and cool image.
It is not the Hiroshi Abe of the Men's Non-no era, but the Hiroshi Abe of a little earlier.
Hi Pekkaal 😃
I was going to write that you are like me 🤗 after reading the first half 😅 but the phrase "Abe-chan's now" in the second half raised the bar 😆.
Rokumaru-san! It's so good!
