This is the second half of the Mikage Local Sake Festival. Next up is Hamafukutsuru Kuzo. It is smooth and fluffy. But you can also feel the alcohol. It was the kind of sake you would drink under a cherry tree~. The foreigner is also full of people. I wanted to talk to them, "Japanese saké, Delicious?" I wanted to talk to them. I actually didn't.... Next is Hyakumoku. It smells great! It is so delicious! And then, Daikoku Masamune. This is a "21 year old honjunshu (matured) sake. It has a great punch! It was so delicious that it made me smile just like Kenrishi! And finally, Fukuju. Very refreshing! Light and easy to drink! It was a sake that left a lasting impression!

The train is rocking and rattling. Today's destination is Hanshin Mikage Station! I went to an event called "Mikage Local Sake Festival. Seven breweries in Mikage Township, including Kenbishi and Fukuju, opened stalls. Arriving at the station. As I went down the stairs, an old man with a bright red face came up. This must be because of the event we are about to go to!" A good guess worked. The stalls were set up in a long, straight shopping street. We had to stop at a traffic light on the way. There were so many people. You can tell just by passing each other! You can tell just by passing each other. Here is a digest of the event. First, "Chiyoda Kura Fukunohana" (Chiyoda Kura Fukunohana) It is a light nigori Junmai Daiginjo. It is very popular! There was a line of people waiting for it. Fruity but firm. Next was my favorite Senzuke! We had three kinds of sake! Woohoo, "Senzuke KeyKeg"! It was served from a beer-like server. We had freshly pressed sake! It was delicious! Next up was Kenbishi. I chose the "Mizuho Kuromatsu Kenbishi"! It's a gutsy type! It's too gutsy! I laughed when I put it in my mouth! It's delicious!

This is the last of the "Never Drank Before Series." I felt it was the darkest of all the sakes we drank this time. It gives a strong impression. I did not feel much gas. However, it was fresh and delicious! We finished with lots of water. I went home with an aura of happiness. I love sake!

The second drink was a sake from Toyama. The store owner told us that it is a very rare sake! It is Kachikoma, written in hiragana. Yay! I'm so excited! It has a light bond aroma. I can also taste banana! The menu said it was dry, but I felt it was sweet. However, it has a clean aftertaste. I repeated several times, "This is delicious! How can I describe it? In the end, I couldn't come up with the right words to describe it.... I had it with sashimi. It was delicious!

I received this from someone at work. This is the second Tosa sake following Kurei. It has a wonderful aroma. It smells like freshly cooked rice with a hint of flowers. It was a very fitting impression, even for me (laughs). It is very delicious! Sweet fruit. Very fruity! This is good! It was 300 ml in no time. Thank you so much for the food!

I received this from someone at work. Thank you very much! I chilled it well in the fridge. This is the second Kurei. The snack is "Tosa Hachikin Ten". We received this as well. The alcohol content is 18 degrees. It is quite good, isn't it? It has a nice fruity aroma. However, when you drink it, it is very dry. The sharpness is also outstanding. I guess you could say it is light and dry. It is a bingo with Hachikin Ten! I think ginger goes well with it. It was very delicious!

The last is Souhyo from Tochigi! It has a nice acidity~. The flavor lingers on the palate. It was a very delicious sake. Sake events are fun! Thank you to everyone at the store and the staff! We look forward to seeing you again next year!

This is Niseko, which I was curious about. The partner dish is "Hokkaido Ezo Deer Stewed with Spices". I was curious about this one too. Both are delicious! The sake gives the impression of being neither modern nor classic. It was an easy-drinking sake that went well with the dishes~.

This is Kikuhime, which I thought was "300% drinkable" last year. It was a good opportunity to try it again. I decided to have it again. What a surprise! It was an aged Kikuhime from the year 2008. The owner said, "We can't drink it either. It is golden in the glass. And the aroma was rich in flavor. It was unique after all! It was refreshing on the palate, but was a very thick sake!

Kamigata Sake World 2025 Drinking two days in a row! It's a comfortable weather today! I put on short sleeves just in case lol Today's toast is by Mr. Okura. I found Mr. Okura wearing a hachimaki with an uchiwa in one hand! I had the pleasure of greeting him! One glass is 300 yen. Yassou! It was the cheapest price of any sake over the two days. That's what I'm talking about. Kanpai! It is not as thick and juicy as the usual Okura. But of course it's delicious! Mellow and sweet. I had two cups of Okura-san, which I loved!

I headed to Kintetsu Namba station. I bought some turmeric here. I'm still drinking! The second restaurant was "Toyoshuku" located inside the station. The owner recommended this one. It has a bonded aroma. We had it with their special sakekasu-stewed rice cake. It was very delicious!
