Let's Enjoy Sake!" It is Friday after a day off from drinking. We arrived at the restaurant we were looking forward to. To my surprise, this place has 20 kinds of sake for all-you-can-drink! However, there is no picture of the bottles.... But there are no pictures of the bottles......a little disappointing. The first sake was "Sawaya Matsumoto". Slightly spreading acidity. It is refreshing and clean. It was a very delicious sake.

This is the sake I wanted to drink. When I heard that Katano originated from Katano City (sake brewery), I was curious. I was curious about it. I found it in a convenience store in Osaka. Local sake is interesting, isn't it? This is a 300ml bottle of Katanozakura. It is a delicious, easy-to-drink food sake.

There it is! It is a yellow label Yamadanishiki 507. It's not dewy leaf style. It's kind of interesting, so I'll put the photos side by side. This 507 has a sharp taste. It doesn't have much foaminess, but the fine spread in the mouth makes you feel "Kaze no mori umai~ai! I feel it is "Kaze no Mori Umayoi". There are many changes in taste, but I like Kaze no Mori right after opening the bottle. It tastes the best!

Alpha 8 made with 100% brown rice! I was very much looking forward to this! Very interesting! First of all, the color! It is a beautiful golden color. The aroma is amazing too! It smells like beer. It also smells like chocolate! When you put it in your mouth, the schwash spreads out, but less than usual. It's the first time I've tasted it~. It was an exciting and fun taste, like a boozy attraction! *This is the second day after opening the bottle. It was very easy to drink! It seems to have become calmer. The impression has changed a lot!

It's the aroma. It's the aroma when you think it's delicious. I was wondering what it smelled like. I tried to get too close to it, but it ended up on my nose.... When you put it in your mouth, it goes in smoothly. It has a pear-like fruitiness. It is a modern sake. The sweetness passes through but leaves a nice bitter taste at the end. I thought it was very delicious.

Huh? I'm sorry if I'm wrong. I looked at the label again and it says "dewy leaf wind". Was there dewy leaf wind on the yellow label? I thought it was Yamada-Nishiki and drank it. I wonder... "This is Yamada-Nishiki, the label is wrong!" No, "This is the correct dewy leaf style!" Hmmm, I don't know. But I have the impression that Yamada-Nishiki is clearer... So, I think that the mistake is on the yellow front side, and the contents are dewy leaf style as the label says. I can't say that the yellow is wrong to begin with, though. Here is my post before I realized it, lol. Bottom line is, it tastes good either way! I was looking forward to this Wind Forest. Immediately after opening the bottle, it has the usual shwashy feeling. The sourness spreads from the top of the tongue to the entire mouth. This moment is the most delicious. From the second glass, it has calmed down. Instead, the aroma seems to have increased. It is mellow but smart and easy to drink. It is very tasty! I read your post. I'm also interested in the heated Wind Forest and the Alpha 8. Oh, and the 6 as well. I want to drink it!

*P.S! During the event, Yamada-Nishiki 507 Manchu Kari was sold out. After that, the same yellow label was used, but it was replaced by Rohafu 507 Mid-Selection!
