This beauty is said to be a sake brewed with unmatched rice that is not sent for general distribution. The store staff recommended a pairing. It goes sooooo well! Camembert cheese on a packet. The honey and black pepper did a wonderful job! It is amazing! On its own, it's sweet and fruity! It tasted like ripe apples. It was a very delicious drink!

It's an all-you-can-drink festival on a weekday. I wonder if I will be able to work the next day...(lol) We had quite a lot. Everything will be solved by turmeric! We started off with "Tsurugi no Tsurugi". Mr. Tetsuya Doi, the brewery owner, was introduced in the magazine "Sake dancyu vol.1". It was a very interesting story! It has a light taste, but it finishes well. I thought it was a sake that goes well with food. We will definitely win...Carp!

The fourth bottle. This time, I chose "Katano Sakura" - a very popular brand. It is too much fun to choose a bottle at the store. Again, very reasonable! We went home and split it into two and a half Yongou bottles. I will have it cold. It is a robust sake! There is no fruity flavor (lol), just an alcoholic aroma. It's delicious with a delicious flavor! You can feel the sweetness of the sugar at first, but it soon disappears. Osaka also has a lot of good sake~!

This is my second visit to Brahma. I only remember that it was delicious last time. This time, it was not sizzling. However, it is sweet and fruity! It ends with a refreshing but dry taste. It went well with tofu and okra. Maybe soy sauce goes well with it~.

We arrived earlier than our restaurant reservation time. We decided to stroll to the nearby Nishinomiya Shrine. Lots of straw barrels lined up. Hanshin Tigers baseball team! They are very conspicuous! So I made a toast with my favorite sake, Hiroshima sake. No photo of the bottle. It tastes just as it should. There is almost no aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the flavor follows. I guess apple at the last moment. There is a slight lingering aftertaste. It went well with fried food! It was delicious. Let's win for sure...Carp!

This is the sake corner with no plan. Lots of summer sake were lined up. When in doubt, go to Koshi! Koshi has many kinds of summer sake alone! Nice aroma. It is fruity and delicious! You can taste sweetness and acidity, but the overall impression is modest and light. I think it goes well with food. After the second glass, it seems to have a more "dry" flavor than sweet. I thought the name "Natsusuzumi" was a perfect fit for this sake.

My favorite Senzuke. It is a summer sake, Blue Label. We had it at the store last year. This time I bought a bottle! I can drink a lot of it. The aroma is apple. It smells like sweet chewing gum. I guess it's still apple when I include it~! Well, it is delicious! There is no gassy feeling. It is sweet and fruity. However, it is refreshing when you finish it. All Senzuke is delicious~!

They really are all delicious! It was the most fun! I would definitely like to participate again next time. The MC for the day was Aki Yoshikawa. Ahhhhh, it is delicious! Fruity and fresh. It was a very beautiful impression~. Kurumazaka Yamahai Kurumazaka Yamahai Nama-hai Nama sake I like the taste of this one too. It is somewhat robust.
