This is the Saké List Ume-Kita store. There were many Hiroshima sake in the all-you-can-drink section this time. This Cosmos is mild and fruity. It was like a layer of top coat on the Shell Lovers we drank earlier. The aftertaste was refreshing and delicious. We are going to win for sure... ♪ Carp ♪

What a stylish label! This product is said to be a collaboration with the famous sake store Inamaya. I looked it up and found that it was developed based on a "request for sake that goes well with oysters". Oh no.... I had it with Mugen Peppers.... It has a light lemon flavor. It goes in your mouth without hesitation. It was very tasty. I decided to buy it if I see it in the store. And I would like to eat oysters. I'm going to win for sure... ♪ Carpe ♪

We had a Fever on Saturday Night with our all-you-can-drink system~! This is the Sakelist Umekita branch. Yay. We started with Sentori. Light acidity with a fruity taste. Very delicious! They are going to make the sake from next year onward. The fast brewing yeast is the last Sengoku modern. We were glad to have it!

This is Mr. Okura, who recently signed our book! Saccharomyces cerevisiae." It sounds like a Harry Potter spell, but it is not. It is the name of the oldest yeast. It has a slightly thickened and gentle taste. It tastes like fruit juice. The sweet and sour taste spreads in your mouth. Is this sake? It is very tasty and interesting. I am becoming more and more interested in Okura.

The other day, I received a box of sake. The choice was by Kuheiji! I am so happy! I was surprised. Thank you very much! It is a human that I have had at the store. The first sip right after opening the bottle had a slightly refreshing aroma. I took a sip and thought "Oh, it's good! It is so good! As is the case every time, the glass is empty before I can think of how to describe the taste. It's so difficult. Still, the image is clean and beautiful. A very elegant taste. Rainy~Soppy Friday~♪ It was a weekend of drinking to our fill, but we actually stopped by a place before drinking. This is the reason why I was maxed out (laugh). Asano Sake Shop in Sannomiya. To our surprise, we were informed that President Okura of Okura Honke was coming to the store! We arrived in front of the store. I arrived in front of the store and looked around the store under an umbrella. Then, I saw Mr. Okura wearing a hachimaki! I entered the store with trepidation. I had a chat with Mr. Okura. Mr. Okura, I enjoyed watching your video. Now I want to go to Ekimaenomise at Gotodo Station!" I was so nervous in front of him that the coins in my wallet were scattered on the floor... I apologize to Mr. Okura for the 150 yen that I had to grope for.... And his autograph! I got it written! I'm so happy! Thank you, Mr. Okura. Sorry for the long sentence. I bought some sake at the store. It is delicious. It is very good! The aroma is good, and the balance of acidity and sweetness/spiciness is excellent. However, my own taste buds are not quite up to par. It is difficult to tell the difference between No. 6 yeast and Aizan, for example. I would like to devote myself to it. I would like to try Okura-san's dolce and muddy sake!

Here is the last one. It was such a surprise that it sobered me up! I told the shopkeeper, "Now I have to complete the whole country with Reimei...". He replied, "We have Reimei! He replied, "Yes, we do! "Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" I was so surprised! I was so impressed! It was a sake that had a very Japanese sake feel to it, but it was delicious! It was a great feeling! Yay!

The customer next to me used to drink it. I thought, "Nah, natto?" I was looking at it. I was curious about this sake. I also had a glass. It is not sticky at all. There is no smell at all. The taste was totally different from what I expected. Gorgeous and fruity. It was clean and crisp and a treat. I didn't realize there were so many different colored labels! I would like to drink it again.

Let's Enjoy Sake!" It is Friday after a day off from drinking. We arrived at the restaurant we were looking forward to. To my surprise, this place has 20 kinds of sake for all-you-can-drink! However, there is no picture of the bottles.... But there are no pictures of the bottles......a little disappointing. The first sake was "Sawaya Matsumoto". Slightly spreading acidity. It is refreshing and clean. It was a very delicious sake.
