The 12th Japanese Sake Festival] Osaka Bay Tower ④. I see you read "Egushi" in "Laughing Sake". It is a wonderful name! It has a nice sweetness! You can drink as many glasses of this sake as you want. 0 Junmai Ginjo DEARMYPRINCESS Wow, it is delicious! It comes in like water, but also has a fruity flavor. It has no habits at all and is easy to drink.

12th Japanese Sake Festival] Osaka Bay Tower (3) I was very much looking forward to this sake! I had this Junmai Daiginjo in the summer. My impression was "fish. It was a shocking sake, as if I was eating fish. I wonder if I will be able to see fish again... This time it was Jungin. What is it? There is not even a single fish in my mouth. What was my impression last time? It is easy to drink and easy to enjoy, although you can taste the umami flavor. 0Hana Yuki Sparkling I like the shwashiness! It is not sweet. It feels like rice. It tastes good cold.

12th Japanese Sake Festival] Osaka Bay Tower (2) This is the second "Japanese Sake Festival". Compared to the previous event held in the middle of summer, it was very cool. Here is the toast. It is cold and fizzy. It is sweet and refreshing. The aroma of bran, or perhaps it was the aroma of bran, had a strong impact on the taste. 0 Okuhida Shiboritate Nama Sake We received the first new sake. It is said to be a pre-launch sake. I am so happy! It is very rich. However, it was clean and refreshing.

12th Japanese Sake Festival] Osaka Bay Tower (1) It is now 21:16. My eyelids are already 4/5 of the way down, but I really wanted to post this excitement, so I opened my phone. Today, I went to a Japanese sake festival held in Benten-cho, Osaka. This is my second "Japanese Sake Festival". The purpose of this time was to 'maybe meet Mr. Yasube?' I was on an exciting mission! I knew that Yasubeyesan had attended the festival as a volunteer last summer, and I was very excited to see if he would be there this time as well. As I was looking around for him, I saw that he was there! He was there! And it was at the Tochigi Ai no Matsunotoshi booth (lol). I was nervous to greet you! I had the same impression as Sake-no-wa, he was a very kind Yasube-san~! I was so happy to be able to greet him! And then..., What a surprise! Mr. Yasube told me that Hiro-san came from Tokyo for the first part of the event! Yaaaaay! I didn't know that the two Sake no Wa stars had met! I would have loved to have seen that scene! Thank you for your hard work, Yasubeyesan! Thank you very much! The sake was mellow and good!

Good evening, Pekkar 😃. I see you were at the second part 😳 Wow, near miss this time 😆. I was so nervous throughout today's sake festival because the people around me started to look like sakewa people 🤣.

Good morning, Hiro-san! I am very sorry to hear that... And it's great that you are moving west and east~! As expected of you, Mr. Masamune Hunter! You are too amazing! It was indeed a venue where everyone looked like Sake-no-Wa-san, lol.

Thank you very much, Bekkaaru 😀 Yesterday we were on a mission to support several breweries, but this Matsunotsuju was out of our charge, but he was alone, so we were Tochigi love to help him out in a hurry 😀. I'll enjoy being a customer today 😇

Good evening, Pekkar 😃. It was a last minute post 🫩😪 of 1/4 of a mabuta, but it was certainly a great meeting that I have to tell you about this one: ‼️ It's also a result of your Tochigi love🥰 that we met at the Tochigi booth 🤗.

I have never had that many kinds of Koeikiku. However, I have always been curious about it. It is one of the sakes I would like to get into someday! It has a refreshing aroma. When you include it, it has no habit at all! It also has a moderate sweetness, but it is refreshing in the mouth. I guess this is what you call o~range citrusy. Light. Yes, it is light. Next is Snow Crescent~~. I want to drink it! *4th day. Very classy. It is so good!

I already thought I had drunk two rabbits. I had not drunk it at all. And even though it was my first Ni-Rabbit, it was Erwu that I bought. It reminded me of the first time I went to a famous ramen restaurant where I stood in line for 90 minutes to order a limited time ramen. That's what people do the second time around (laughs). The theme is "secret" Erwolf! Rabbit will be the next time. Fruity aroma. Delicious taste~! It was said to be dry, but I also felt a moderate sweetness. It's an elegant sweetness. Shall you turn into a wolf too, Mako? I miss it so much. This is my second cup, reminiscing. It's delicious!

Good evening, Pekkar 😃. I think it was two rabbits 🐰, but it was two wolves 🐺 😅I think the anecdote about standing in line for 90 minutes is also very common 😆 If two rabbits are two wolves - I'm not afraid 😆....

Dong. The 6th bottle. One minute walk from JR Nishinomiya Station. This is my first visit to Frente Nishinomiya. In B1, you can find a wide variety of Nishinomiya's sake! Just looking at them is fun! It's a wonderland! This store was told to us by bouken. Thank you very much! I was looking for Ougi Masamune, which I received at a recent event, but I decided to try Kin Taka, which was also recommended by bouken-san! I had no idea about this sake. The price for a bottle was 2300 yen! That's great! It's a friend of the common people! I put it in a rick and took it home. It's also good exercise. Two birds with one stone. When I got home, I divided it into 4-pack bottles as usual. Then, I immediately drank it at room temperature. The aroma is the sake. The taste reminds me of a relative who was very kind to me when I was a child (laughs). THE sake-like flavor, but it goes at a nice pace. It has a clean aftertaste! There is no "kah-tsu" feeling. I'm already on my second glass. It is not a fruity sake, but it has no habits and is easy to drink! It is delicious! I will buy my next bottle from here!

It's still fall sake! The hiyaoroshi fair at the place where we purchased was scaled down. However, there are still many more on display. This time, I chose this bottle based on prior fruity information. The bottle label also says Muscat. I was surprised when I opened the bottle and took a sip. It tastes exactly like "Muscat! The flavor is so good that you can't help but say "Muscat! After the second sip, it starts to calm down a bit. You can feel the freshness of citrus fruits in this sake. It is delicious. This Mitsutake-san is the brewer of "Hokuto Hyakusaiken Sake Can"! I have seen it at a supermarket. I'd like to try some of that too! You are already drunk.

Oh," he said! Dots and lines!" I was surprised when I saw the menu! The owner of the restaurant I often visit said he was most impressed with this sake. I had seen Abu-no-Tsuru before, but not Doten-Sen. Encounters come out of the blue, don't they? The aroma is refreshing. When you include it, it is very elegant and sweet. It tastes like grapefruit sprinkled with fine sugar. Well, this is delicious~!

I was attracted by the limited edition, lol. It has a fruity aroma. When I put it in my mouth, it was amaaaaaaaazing! I felt it was so sweet that I could line up two lines of long "ー" notes. It is rich but not thick. It is probably a ripe melon. There is a moderate bitterness at the end. The acidity must be moderate. I think this is a bottle for those who have a sweet tooth.

Pekkar, konnichiwa 😃. Sweet for two long notes 😳This one looks like it would fall under international J&N standards 😅. I think I'd like to try it for a "sweet drink" instead of a scary 😨😄

It's the Mid-Autumn Moon. So, this time, I bought a Chokonto Usagi no Sensuke-san. The truth is, it was just by chance. I saw the full moon on the way home and tried to complicate things (laugh). Moreover, this sake here is a spring sake.... There were several kinds of Senzuke on the shelf, including autumn sake. It was hard to decide which one to choose. I would like to say, "Please give me all the Senzuke in the store," but it is difficult with my current allowance system. I chose the last bottle in the refrigerator. This Senzuke is sure to be delicious. I've had it since spring. Umooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! I am chewing the deliciousness. Elegant aroma. You can see the fizz from the glass. However, when it enters the mouth, you don't feel it so much. Still, it is sweet and sour and fruity. It is almost like a pear. I can't stop drinking it! Russ1Sensuke. Thank you!

One more drink for the last. It's Okura-san in Imazu. I feel very good. I casually asked for a "large 300 yen". Then, there was so much in it (laugh). It is not an appropriate amount for the last cup. However, I am very grateful! The sake is easy to drink, just like a Japanese sake. It also has a sweetness, but it is not too strong. I think it is the best sake for everyday drinking. This is my first time drinking sake from this brewery. I would like to buy a bottle.

Shirataka. I have bought it in small bottles a long time ago. Oh, I also had a bottle of "Miyamizu-no-sato" before. It is said to be the only sake in the whole country that is used as a sacred sake for the Ise Jingu Shrine. This one seems to be quite an expensive sake. I wonder how it tastes.... I did not record it at all. I am sure he would have said "Yum! I'm sure he would have said that~.
