It was all-you-can-drink at Sakélist Umekita restaurant. The last drink of the hour was the moon after the rain. This restaurant has a fill-your-own-glass system. When I picked up the bottle, to my surprise, it was an unopened bottle! An unopened bottle of Daiginjo! Very lucky! I felt a small happiness (laugh). Hakutsuru-nishiki" is a rice suitable for sake brewing produced by Hakutsuru Sake Brewery. As a resident of Hyogo Prefecture, this is a delightful collaboration! Refreshing taste like white wine. It was delicious and full of fruitiness. I am very satisfied! We will definitely win... ♪ Carp ♪

What is this? I was very surprised. The aroma is "vinegar. It smells like vinegar, as if it contains mozuku seaweed. I was surprised when I put it in my mouth. Super sourness! Although my experience with sake is still limited, it is by far the winner in the sourness category. But it is not just sour. Lemon and fruit flavors also develop. This may become a habit...

It is not a green raccoon dog. It is "Midori-no-Tanuki". It is a very easy to drink sake. The sweetness of the fruit and the sourness that spreads in your mouth. It is my favorite taste! We are going to win for sure!

This is the Saké List Ume-Kita store. There were many Hiroshima sake in the all-you-can-drink section this time. This Cosmos is mild and fruity. It was like a layer of top coat on the Shell Lovers we drank earlier. The aftertaste was refreshing and delicious. We are going to win for sure... ♪ Carp ♪

What a stylish label! This product is said to be a collaboration with the famous sake store Inamaya. I looked it up and found that it was developed based on a "request for sake that goes well with oysters". Oh no.... I had it with Mugen Peppers.... It has a light lemon flavor. It goes in your mouth without hesitation. It was very tasty. I decided to buy it if I see it in the store. And I would like to eat oysters. I'm going to win for sure... ♪ Carpe ♪

We had a Fever on Saturday Night with our all-you-can-drink system~! This is the Sakelist Umekita branch. Yay. We started with Sentori. Light acidity with a fruity taste. Very delicious! They are going to make the sake from next year onward. The fast brewing yeast is the last Sengoku modern. We were glad to have it!

I went to Saké List Ume Kita~! What a surprise, it's the second time I've used the all-you-can-drink Sake! The toast was to Masumi, a No. 7 yeast! This is the sake I wanted to drink. It was sparkling. When I put it in the cup, it spilled out, so here is a picture of it. It was about half the amount when it settled in the cup (lol). The acidity was amazing. Of course it was a delicious sake~!

What is this? My eyes are wide open. This is a completely different sake than anything I have ever tasted before. It is delicious! It's amazing! Aroma like yogurt. It has a nice lactic sweet and sour taste!

Fat Masamune, Echigo Fat, Shinshu Fat Fat Beauty. Sake names are interesting. The first Bijin is Nanbu. It tastes refreshingly delicious with a hint of acidity. It is also labeled "GI Iwate. I see, there are a lot of initiatives!
