taikoFreshly squeezed sake is inexpensive at 1,300 yen for 900ml! The nigorigo sake was also delicious, and I was already tipsy after the second stop on the Nishinomiya-go sake tour. ヤスベェNext door to Bandai Osawa Brewery is Osawa Honke Brewery 😀.
Here we had a nama-shu and a nigori-shu, and the nigori-shu was delicious 😀.
But this nigori sake seemed to have been made in January of this year and did not have a shwashy feeling, so I talked to the owner and asked him to contact me to let me know that a new nigori sake will be made in January of next year 😀. autokOsawa Honke Sake Brewery's Freshly Shiboritate Nama Sake
The brewery's "250 years of dedication to sake" and "the mellow aroma of koji malt and the refreshing taste of freshly squeezed sake" are the characteristics of this sake.
It is 20 degrees, so take your time and savor it with food ingredients.
Last weekend, I had to go to the Nishinomiya area, so I got off at Imazu Station this time.
Imazu-go is one of the five Nada-go districts, and this time I walked from Imazu station to a brewery in the southeast of Nishinomiya-go.
Osawa Honke Brewery and Bandai Osawa Brewery.
As the name suggests, Nishinomiya-go is closest to Hanshin-Nishinomiya Station, but these two breweries are a little closer to Imazu on the map.
(On the Map app, it's 22 and 19 minutes, so only a few minutes...)
Osawa Honke Brewery moved from Sakai to Nishinomiya after the war. Sakai was also severely damaged in an air raid, so perhaps that was the reason for the move? I think so, but the details are unknown.
We bought one bottle each at Mr. Osawa and Bandai Osawa.
(I will tell you more about Bandai Osawa later...)
Osawa Honke Sake Brewery seems to be particular about their sake. I would like to enjoy another sake from the Junmai series of sake.
