Procured on my return home!
18 degrees of alcohol is a buzz!
It's suitable for drinking in the long autumn night. The freshness of the raw sake makes it easier to drink than the alcohol content😃.
I went home for the first time in two years!
My brother-in-law prepared a toast with Green Label, which is sold only in one-sho bottle in the local area! It has a strong presence!
Unlike the other stylish Shinsei series, this one has a traditional label design!
It's a well-balanced sake with the typical fizziness you'd expect from a traditional sake, but you'll never get tired of drinking it!
There's no substitute for drinking with your family✨.
Akita Shun Ginjo, the last one is Manzaku no Hana🌸 which I am used to drinking.
The aroma and sweetness are more pronounced than usual, and while the mouthfeel is light, there is plenty of umami and sweetness! You can really feel the quality!
I will ask my mother in the countryside to purchase it again next year(´ω・`).
Procured during a trip to Niigata!
While the specs are unknown, it is a delicious sake with a light, dry taste with umami and acidity that is more than worth the price ✨.
The message on the back label is also very clever and nice!
Aizan is very popular at Sake no Wa, but I also love Omachi😃.
This is a sake that brings out the best of the Omachi and is full of flavor! It's also very sparkling and delicious✨and thick! It's also 18 degrees, so it'll hit you hard!
The aroma is moderate, but you can feel a slight muscat-like freshness.
In the middle, the bitterness and acidity are impressive! My vocabulary is poor and I can't convey it fully, but... it is a complex and three-dimensional sake with deep flavors✨.
Here's a sake from Nagasaki to fill out your Sake no Wa map!
A sake brewery in Hirado City! My image of Nagasaki is Tsugito-kun from Captain Tsubasa! I think he was in Hirado Junior High.
Now, it's been about a week, and my memory is a bit hazy, but... the aroma was quite subdued and mild, and the acidity was impressive!
A collaboration of Gohyakumangoku, Asahi and Yamadanishiki!
It's a DRY, crisp sake, just like the label says, with a subdued aroma, while still retaining Mr. Matsumoto's effervescence! Very easy to match with food!
There was a time when I looked at it with colored glasses after the family disturbance, but it's so good that I keep buying it for some reason, lol.
Freshness and maturity are mixed in this sake, and it is a good combination of the features of Hiyaoroshi.
It's a great bottle to have on hand.
The price is also easy on the wallet at 1200 yen😃.
In search of a drink that I had never had at my favorite liquor store... I couldn't find it registered at Sake No Wa.
It is easy to drink with a fruity and slightly effervescent taste, and the sake quality is very beautiful!
Akita Jun Ginjo, the second bottle is Kariho🌾
The image of a dry sake that my grandfather used to drink!
This one is not fruity, but it has a strong aromatic taste!
It's only a Junmai Daiginjo, so you'd think it would be refreshing, but there's a bitterness at the end! Just as I remembered😃.
It will be the autumn sake of Kangiku!
The design is based on the image of a plane passing over Kujukuri and landing at sunset.
It is literary, but it would be great to drink this sake in such a location✨.
The taste is fruity and effervescent! Is it pear-like? The aftertaste is bitter and leaves a lingering aftertaste. This bitterness is Kanchiku!
Akita Shun Ginjo series that i couldn't buy last year!
I got my mom in the country to go around the liquor stores... thanks mom (I don't usually say that...) ✨.
We've unified the specs for this series with pure rice and Akita rice!
The first bottle is Akita Haru! The first one is Akita Haru... I guess it's minor in Japan...
The rice is Sango Nishiki, and they got it from Kuribayashi Shuzo of Haruka.
It has a matured taste with a tartness, rice flavor, and a firm aftertaste.
We are looking forward to the other sakes😃!
Akatake is one of the brands I support ✨.
(I feel like I say this every time I post...)
I usually get the impression that it's crisp, but the hiyaoroshi with the added maturity is right in the middle of my personal favorites 😃 Delicious!
It's been a long time since I've had...
The taste is light for an autumn sake, with a hint of rice flavor. A low-key sake for eating! Even those who don't like the aged feeling can enjoy it!
The massive bottle is so cool!
Kamonishiki's high-end series!
Made with 40% polished Yamadanishiki rice, it's luxurious✨.
The freshness that Kamonishiki is known for is still there, but with a little bit of a sparkle and sweetness that fills your mouth 😃Sake that can be drunk on its own 😃Sake Mandatory
Autumn Sake in Tedorigawa🍁
Nice tasteful label!
On the palate, it has a firing sensation, and from the mid-palate onwards, the rich taste spreads! It seems to go well with simmered dishes and other dark food 💡.
It also looks like it would be good with a heated sake, but I didn't have time to drink it on a weekday, so I couldn't try it.
It's the season of my favorite hiyaoroshi 🍂
This year's first bottle is Tsushimaya!
It has a fruity freshness and a delicious flavor 😃The aftertaste is a bit alcoholic or a bit messy, so I guess it's not to everyone's taste...
I'm looking forward to enjoying the long autumn nights with all the other things I've procured!
My first brand, bought from Sake Street!
It has a fizzy, refreshing mouthfeel, but with a delicious mid-palate! The aftertaste is bitter and fades away.
The bitterness disappears in the finish. A few days after opening the bottle, the flavor is better.
The balance of lightness and umami like a summer sake is very good! Origarami is usually delicious😃.
A gift from my mother in the countryside!
Suzuki Shuzo is famous for their sake "Shuyoyoshi". I don't think it's well known nationwide, but I remember my grandfather used to drink it!
The high quality washi paper label is a nice touch.
It's been stored in the brewery for an unknown period of time, and has a yellowish, dark, mellow flavor! It's the type of sake you drink with food and a little sip!
It was cold today, so it's been a while since I've had it lukewarm! The sweetness spreads and I prefer it to cold ✨.
