Is it a spring brew in terms of genre? It's a bit more sparkling than the usual Kankiku, with a fruity, floral sweetness and aroma 🌸 towards the end, and a bitterness... I like this crispness 😃. It's a shame that it's getting harder and harder to find these days💦.

I've been slacking on posting, so my memory is a little foggy, but... I do remember it being delicious. The flavor and aroma spread with the carbonation and disappeared quickly✨. It's reminiscent of the TATENOGAWA MUGA series! The price was about 1,500 yen, so it's a bargain too😃.

New discovery! Tastes better a few days after opening the bottle😁. I used to empty Kaze no Mori within a day after opening the bottle to keep the fizzy feeling, but after a few days, the lactic acidity becomes more pronounced and mellow, and it's delicious!

Nabeshima✨ after a long time You can usually buy it at your local liquor store, so it's handy😃. And it's unquestionably delicious😁! It's gorgeous and fruity, but also delicious and well balanced!

Tsuchida's Kimoto! As is typical of Mr. Tsuchida's creative sake making, the sourness derived from lactic acid bacteria stands out! However, the distinctive Kimoto flavor is kept to a minimum... it's refreshing and easy to drink. It is recommended to drink cold or lukewarm, but by far the warmed version is the best! I would recommend everyone to warm up their sake!

The second cup is an oddity! What? What's sake lees refermented? It looks almost like soy sauce! It tastes like mirin or kiju-shu... with a distinctive sweetness! It has almost no sake characteristics.

It's been a long time since I've had a glass of wine. I chose this Junmai Daiginjo from Koimari to celebrate my recovery! I'm very happy to hear that. I'm glad to hear that there are not many stores in Kanto that carry it. It has a fruity aroma like strawberries and some bubbles in the mouth! It's a fruity sake, but well balanced, and the quality is as good as it gets🌸.

The defensive Omachi version! The firing sensation on the palate is Matsumote-san! But the umami and sweetness are a bit weaker... The Yamadanishiki I drank before the fiasco was shockingly good... but not as good as it could have been😅.

Manasaku no Hana no Tsurumei Series! Looks like they release 10 bottles a year, each with a different sake rice! It's interesting to see the variety of sake rice Hinomaru uses! I think this one makes good use of the characteristics of Aizan, such as umami and sweetness. I should be able to compare the two, but for various reasons, I only bought the Aizan (´ω・`). In any case, you can never go wrong with mansaku no hana🌸.

I've had the brewery's Roman a few times, but never this one! I bought it to warm up, but it tastes great at room temperature as well✨ Dry and refreshing, it's perfect for everyday use! I've had it a few times, but this is my first time drinking it! The price is less than 2,000 yen for a single bottle, which is too good to pass up! This guy has saved me from opening a four-pack many times! Thank you!

Happy New Year to you all✨! I know this is going to be one of those literary reviews, but here's to another year! Well, the first bottle for 2022 is a hometown tax return gift from my hometown Akita City, Takashimizu no Wacho! It's a 35% polished rice gift sake! It has an aroma of ginjo, but it's not too sweet, and it's refreshing! A luxurious sake with a sense of luxury! We're looking forward to reading your reviews and developing new ones this year!

This is my last post of the year! My favorite liquor store was having a Miyasaka tasting and I couldn't resist buying some! Now, this one has the freshness and acidity of an Aolingo, and the freshly squeezed quality stands out! It's the perfect sake for this time of year! Thank you all for your support this year! Only three liquor stores in Tokyo carry it, or so I was told! I decided to give it a try and bought some! The freshness of the raw sake and the fruit-like sweetness make it a very trendy sake! Personally, I find it a little too sweet, but it's sure to be popular!

Although it is labeled as Junmai-shu, it is 60% polished rice, so it has the specifications of Junmai-Ginjo😃. The aroma is subdued, and as the label says, it has a clean aftertaste, making it perfect for sipping! A few days after opening the bottle, the flavor becomes more pronounced and the Manzaku no Hana character is in full bloom! It's a stable sake that I love to drink any time💕.

The owner of the sake shop recommended me to buy this! Morning squeezed on 12/9, drank on 12/10! As a sake lover, it's a luxury✨. The aroma is surprisingly subdued, but when you put it in your mouth, you are enveloped by the freshness of melon and muscat! The aftertaste is dry and refreshing! By chance, I met an Okinawan sake and ordered it with an ulterior motive to win 🍍Sake no Wa 47 prefectures! It has a strong smell of alcohol and a strong habit. It tastes better when it is warmed rather than cold. It's easy to understand if you imagine it as a normal sake for heating up. Anyway, I was happy to experience a rare Okinawan sake!

My first grandchild, Shilkis no Taim! The impression of The Winter Label is thin, it's an acidic sake, just like Kimoto! I think it goes well with cheese and other similar entrées! I hadn't drunk Hatsumon in a few years, but it's delicious✨.

At Toshima-ya's Kanda store! I wanted to buy Yamori, but... they were sold out, so I bought this one! The sweetness is almost non-existent, and it's good for pairing with refreshing dishes 💡. It wasn't as good as it should have been - I felt bad leaving it empty handed after tasting it so much... Determination is necessary in life.

After reading your review, I hurriedly purchased this Hananouka! It's been a few years since I've had it, but the gorgeous mouthfeel is just as I remembered, and the aftertaste is rather refreshing without the sweetness trailing off! I'm sad to think that my opportunities to drink it will be limited...(´ω・`)
