A new series from Kangiku, whose purpose seems to be to explore the charms of Chiba-grown rice!
There were four different varieties of rice, this time Koshihikari with a milling ratio of 90%!
Although there was a slight bitterness, the flavor of the rice spread out, and the charm of Koshihikari seemed to be alive!

I heard that this brewery often receives wrong phone calls too. It was a little story about an old man at a liquor store! LOL!

This time we drank "Hoshiakari" from the Mansaku-no-Hana Tourmai series! Hoshiakari" is rarely used, and only two breweries in Japan use it! It was probably the first time for me too!
