First I felt sweetness, then lactic acidity. It has a unique lactic acidity like Camembert.
I paired it with a salad of island tofu and spring vegetables that I bought at the deli, but I should have bought the camembert. The salad was good, too.

The taste is typical of Ni-Rabbit, where sweetness and bitterness coexist. Compared to the sweet one from the other day, the sweetness is moderate, so the bitterness is also felt well. Delicious 😋.

I had an image of Yamashiroya as dry and a bit expensive, so I had never had it before.
It was totally different from my image. It had a sourness, like a Sengoku type? Perhaps it was because it was a draft sake, but it had a tangy carbonation sensation on the tongue. I felt like I was betrayed in a good way. This is delicious 😋I will buy it again.
This time my purchase was not at my usual store, but a store I rarely go to. I love the manager here, I can feel his love for alcohol 😊.
I asked him for a recommendation for a sake 🍶 to go with my meal and he recommended this one. He said they just came in yesterday.
It's called Gin no Iroha, which is a new variety of sake rice from Miyagi Prefecture. The label also sparkles 🤩.
When you drink it, the sweetness comes, finishes with bitterness, and disappears quickly. It is refreshing with little bitterness. Delicious 😋.
I went back to my hometown on Saturday and Sunday, but my parents had some business today and asked me to manage dinner by myself. Since it was urgent, I decided to go out for a drink alone for the first time in a while, but all the restaurants I had my eye on were full. I finally managed to get into an Italian restaurant and had a quick bite to eat.
My friend had already had dinner and was already having a drink, so we settled down with some snacks and sake.
There is a Jikin. And all of them are the same price. Then, Jikin. It is still delicious. No doubt about it. Sashimi is also delicious.
Thanks to my friend who came on such short notice. We had a lot of good conversations and it was a great holiday.

This year, the rice used for the sake has been replaced by 2038 Honorific Fuji, and the label has been redesigned.
When you drink it, there is a distinct sweetness at first, but the bitterness comes later and disappears. It has a sweet taste, but it is dry. Since it is dry with a clean aftertaste, it went well with Hamamatsu dumplings (🥟). I think I like this kind of sake lately.
By the way, recently chilled dumplings are easy to cook and delicious. They are surprisingly inexpensive.
Today and tomorrow is the first day of the brewery open house at Maruishi Brewery, which brews Ni-Utari. I went there to buy the limited edition sake. The opening of the brewery starts at 9:00 a.m., so I went there just in time to see the long line of people waiting to buy the limited-edition sake.
I completely underestimated the popularity of Ni-Hare.
It would have been a shame to come all the way here and leave without buying anything, so I stood in line for about an hour, hoping there would be some left.
I bought two bottles and opened a bottle at my junior's house.
It was sweet. Sweet, but refreshing and not unpleasantly sweet. It was delicious, but I was very selective about what to have with it because I knew it would be sweet, but it seemed to go surprisingly well with a meal.

Dinner today was lasagna. Drinking dinner while watching the Bahrain 🇧🇭 match.
I thought a sparkling wine would go well with Western food, so I opened the bottle. The owner of the liquor store told me to be careful because it was going to blow, but it didn't take me long to open it.
After opening the bottle, I noticed that it says to keep it in the fridge for a year 😅...
I drank it, and it's already champagne 🥂 It has just the right amount of acidity, with a nice carbonation and astringency. This is delicious. I'm not sure if I should drink too much of it.

I open a bottle of this sake. It seems to be written "Hatsu" and read "ubu".
According to a liquor store's blog, it is the strongest food sake. Well, it is very refreshing without being so assertive. When it is warmed up, the acidity comes out, but it has a nice sharpness. I prefer it warmed up.

I was supposed to go shopping this weekend, but there was no more alcohol in the fridge 😕 Well, I thought that abstaining from alcohol for a week was not a bad idea, but I bought some at Seijo Ishii, which I stopped by while I was out playing with my kids 😥 and also with some fashionable snacks.
It's been a while since I've had Kuheiji. It has just the right amount of sweetness. It's sweet, but not too sweet. It's not light, but it's refreshing. Good balance.
It is good to drink with snacks. I like this kind of sake.
New Year's party with usual junior staff.
I had never had this brand before and my junior said it was delicious, so I bought it to drink at the New Year's party.
For snacks, I had boiled rice that my junior made for me, potato salad and pressed mackerel sushi that I bought at the supermarket.
The sake has a sweet taste, but it quickly fades and the aftertaste is refreshing. It is indeed delicious 😋 and a strain I also like.
It's easy to pair with snacks, and it's a great sake 🍶.

This is the first time for me to drink Honorifuji nigori, but it is refreshingly sweet, not cloying, and easy to drink. It is delicious.

I opened a bottle of Hiroshima sake, following the moon after the rain. This time I was choosing my favorites and all I got was light nigori 😅I'm biased 🤔I'm too weak on ogara-mi and light nigori 😥.
It looks like moon after rain. Melon🍈 is also good. I think Hiroshima's sake suits my taste.
I wanted to go to Hiroshima next year with the new stadium, but they didn't make it to j1, so I'm looking forward to the year after next 😩.
