This is also a first issue. I bought this on a trip to Ishikawa. I thought the Mid-Autumn Moon was a full moon, but the next one will be in seven years. I drink it with taro while watching the moon. It has a slightly yellowish tinge. The aroma of cemedine is quite strong. Strong acidity, then bitterness. Good sharpness. A good food sake.

Manjusen is another brand that is new to us. I received it as a souvenir from my trip to Toyama. Thank you for everything😊. I was told that it is a sake that is gentle to the body and does not make you tired of drinking. I have a feeling I'm going to love it. When I drank it, it was exactly as I expected. It is sweet but refreshing and really easy to drink. It's delicious and easy to drink. Since it was given to me as a gift, I'm going to keep it so I don't finish it all at once.

One bottle I purchased on my trip to Kanazawa was from my first brand, Naohiko Noguchi Institute. I bought it without looking closely at the specs and it was not Junmai 😅The vintage is 2018, which means it is 5 years old? Today's side dish was simmered lotus root and taro. I opened the bottle thinking that the local sake from Ishikawa Prefecture should go well with it. At the beginning, it's so refreshing and fruity that I can't believe it's 5 years old, but later it has a solid umami taste. I don't think it has much of an aged feel to it. It is a very well-balanced sake. It goes well with simmered dishes. The simmered dishes were gone in no time. I still have more to eat and drink 🤨.

I went to Kanazawa on a trip to support my beloved team, which also included sightseeing. The team won a great victory ✊. We went shopping at Sake Front Kitanaka, which we had researched beforehand. It was close to the sightseeing spots and had a wide selection of Ishikawa's local sake. I was hoping to find a sake that I could only buy in Kanazawa, and I found a good one 😊. After getting home safely and feeling a little hungry, I decided to have a drink, so I opened the bottle. Aroma with a sense of maturity. At first I thought it would be a little refreshing, but later I found it to be full of umami. It is a dark, umami, and spicy sake, very typical of Ishikawa Prefecture. I would like to try it hot, so I will keep it.

Second time naturall ZERO I bought it in the summer and had it in the fridge waiting its turn. I started with the top clear. Mmmm, lactic and sour like cheese. There is no sweetness, and I guess it is better to drink it with light snacks than to drink it alone. Let's mix some oriki later.

Camping ⛺️ takes you to Achi Village, which has the best starry sky in Japan. Along the road to the campground, across from the roadside station in Hiratani, is a liquor store with what appears to be an original brand. If you are lost, this is the one! I bought it, believing in the pop-up saying, "If in doubt, this is the one! The second day, we went to the hot spring in Nuchigami, ate fresh soba noodles, and went home. It was a satisfying 2 days. We were full of beer🍺 at the camp, so we opened the bottle after we got home. Oh, it's delicious. Fruity sweetness and sourness. Then a little classical sake feeling. It is easy to drink and goes well with thick fried bean curd and sakiyaki, so I drank too much 😵. Tomorrow is my paid vacation, but I have a lot to do to clean up afterwards.

Today's dinner is vegetable meat rolls 🥓. I'm planning the menu, so there are a lot of basic snacks in our house😅. Well, all the open sake was gone yesterday, so I'm opening a new bottle. Rabbit and Tortoise, which I bought at the summer Choho Festival. It's a pun as it was stored in the hearth. The rabbit is also skipping. It tastes sour and bitter. I don't know how it changes with storage in a kame, but Ni-Rabbit is consistently tasty.

The other day, I went away for a bit with the kids on summer vacation🏃‍♂️ wife is working. After letting the kids play as long as they wanted, we stopped by a liquor store that we usually don't get to. I was looking around to see what I could get my hands on, and I noticed the 👀Garakuyo that I see every once in a while at Sake no Wawa. I thought about buying another bottle, but I didn't want to make the kids wait too long 😅. Today's side dish is vegetable meatballs. There is still some Shidaizumi left, but I opened it. It has umami and sweetness, but it disappears quickly and doesn't leave any aftertaste. There is no bitterness or spiciness. It is a good all-around type.

It seems to be a new product from Shitaizumi. I thought I had to drink it, so I went to the liquor store under the pretense of buying a present for my father on my summer vacation. Fruity aroma. The first time I opened the bottle, it had a refreshing sweetness with a slightly greenish taste, and the label suggested watermelon. Today I drank it and found it to be quite bitter and sour. There is also a very sharp, numbing sensation on the tongue. I should have drunk it earlier.

Today I went out with the kids for a full day of play 😅I was exhausted and thought about going to bed, but I wanted to have a drink with dinner. I chose Takachiyo from the stock in the fridge. I couldn't find it in the store, so I asked if they had the green one. I asked if they had the green one, and they did 😄I asked them to take it out from the back. It has a lactic acidity and a fizzy feeling. It has sweetness, sourness, and bitterness. The color of the Tacchiyo series is designed to resemble a fruit, but this one is different. It's not like muscat, and it's not like melon. I wonder what it is.

I went back to my parents' house to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. We had a dinner party🍣 at a sushi restaurant. They didn't have much material due to the typhoon. It's no use. Fishermen can't even set sail. There were not many kinds of sushi, but the other dishes were delicious. The sake was good, too, and my father and I finished off the remaining Kaiun. I probably didn't have more than 4 gong left, but I drank too much beer before that... 😅 Well, at least at the celebration...

It's been a long time since I've been camping🏕. This time we stayed at Narakono-no-Sato in Kakegawa. There is a bar of Kakegawa beer 🍺 next to the reception desk 😍 I didn't know that. I didn't know that. I even bought some ingredients for dinner😅. I thought about buying just one beer, but they also sold sake. And it's in a beer lodge original design cup designed by Kaikai⁈Kakegawa Beer. It's a real brew inside. It tastes refreshing. It tastes too clear and not enough. I wanted more flavor like Junmai 😅.

Today's sake is brewed forest🍶. I chose two bottles of sake that I was looking for on the Instagram of my favorite liquor store, and was excited to buy one more bottle. Now let's drink it. I was surprised when I poured it. I thought it was fizzy and lactic acidic. And lactic acidity. This is very good. Calpis for adults without sweetness? Yakult? I think I drank it before, but I don't know if it was this good 🤔. I think I could drink it in large gulps, but I have work tomorrow, so I'll be moderate.

I went to the liquor store because I wanted to try Kouei Kiku's Halcyon. I had drunk this before 🤣. Oh well, it's delicious. The acidity and sweetness make me feel like I'm drinking Kouri Kiku. Personally, I like to put a few ice cubes in it to make it easier to drink at once. You can drink it on a hot summer day. I like to accompany my dinner with bitter melon stir-fry. I eat it at least once a week in summer. The bitter taste goes well with it. It is delicious.

Will it be Ei's summer drink? The alcohol content is low but the taste is strong. It is low in alcohol content but has a strong flavor. It has a fermented taste, and seems to go well with cheese and other foods. The alcohol content is 14%, which is supposed to make it easier to drink, but I don't think I can drink this one in large gulps😅. I wonder if the expert drinkers can gobble it up.... I'm not there yet...

I buy it when there is cold chrysanthemum. It's a bit more expensive than the usual OCEAN99 because it's pure large😅. It's a juicy, ripe tropical fruit, and that's exactly what it is. It has a gorgeous aroma and a sweetness like pineapple🍍. It's really fruity with no cloying taste. It is more like a light snack than a food wine. I paired it with some herring roe cheese that I bought at an expensive supermarket. I recommend the cheese as well as the sake.

Today's dinner was my first Gifu Tamen. No wonder it is so popular. I was worried that the price of ramen for children under elementary school age was 100 yen. Since we didn't drink at the restaurant, we had a light dinner at home. The name "Indigo Blue" has nothing to do with the quality of the sake. It has a sour taste, but it has little sweetness and is very refreshing. I'd rather drink it with snacks than by itself 🍶. I'll just have one drink today....

This small local Shizuoka brewery, run by a father and son, has many delicious sake🍶. I was curious about it after seeing the brewery's installations. I'm glad it's still there😄. A dobrok-like sake made by combining jun-dai, jun-gin, and junmai orizumi 🍶. It has the sweetness of ori but is still sake. Delicious. If you find it at a store, please buy it. It is a local sake brewery that I want to support.

Today is a summer evening bar at Maruishi Brewery, which brews Ni-Hare. It was fun to drink various kinds of my favorite Ni-Rabbit.
