100% Yumeko (Fukushima Prefecture) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15 I was able to buy a bottle 😆. It has a soft sweetness and everything is perfectly balanced! (Excuse me for being an amateur...) So I can drink as much as I want~❤️ It's so good that I can't even resist the snacks I've prepared! It may be my favorite! As you said, it was a very popular nigori sake!

Rice polishing ratio: 70 Alcohol: 9%. Sparkling "Moon after rain" ⁉️ Easy-to-try size of 330ml! I was looking for a good sake with low alcohol content recently, so I decided immediately! Sparkling sake made from junmai sake with "red yeast" patented by the Commissioner of the National Tax Administration Agency and second fermentation in the bottle! More of a rosé sparkling than a sake! It was dry, not sweet!

Rice: 100% Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 9%. High malic acid yeast Green apple🍏 tag and light nigori Purchased because of the 9% alcohol content! It was a sweet green apple juice! You wouldn't even know it was alcohol if you weren't told😅 I think it's good for people who don't like alcohol and people who like juice.

13% alcohol Recommended by a liquor store: "If you like sweet, sour and fizzy, you will definitely like this sake! If you like sweet, sour and fizzy, you'll love this sake! It took more than 5 minutes to open the bottle. It is very soft and refreshingly sweet and sour! The sweetness of the rice is refreshed by the light acidity from the white malted rice. It is nigori, but not too thick and Swiss~! Delicious! I liked it so much I decided to repeat ❤️!

Rice:100% Yumesansui produced in Aichi Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: undisclosed Strength: 15% alcohol by volume The first new sake from Ko no Tsukasa, a slightly sparkling nigori sake. Seasonal limited edition Very soft sweetness spreads and fades away nicely.... It's so delicious 😆! It is hard to believe that it has 15% alcohol! I guess it's because they use "Kansui" which is super soft water. It's a really beautiful nigori sake that goes down smoothly ✨. I'm going to visit there because they also operate a fermentation café and accommodation facilities in addition to sake rice cultivation. I'm sure I'll be back next winter. ❄️

100% Gohyakumangoku grown in Chiba Prefecture 50% polished rice 13% alcohol by volume "Kangiku's only nigori sake that heralds the beginning of winter. "Four years after its first release, we went back to basics to create a rich, refreshing, lactic acid bacteria soda-like bottle." That's right! It doesn't spill over, but it does sizzle! ✨ A fine silky nigori. Sigh so good 😆. My favorite flavor! Definitely one of my top 3 of the year!

The "5.5% alcohol content" caught my attention and I bought it! Made with Okayama's unique white peach yeast Low-alcohol sake with effervescent taste It was a refreshing beverage with no alcohol or rice flavor... It may be good for those who do not like alcohol. On the contrary, I wanted to drink sake and opened a different one... I don't know what I'm doing😰.

Domaine Sakura, 100% Yamadanishiki 13% alcohol by volume The snowman ⛄ we've been looking forward to! This year there was also a bottle of sake! I took the train home with a backpack on my back~! After opening the bottle, it is served slowly up and down and mixed! Sweet and sour with a silky mouthfeel! But the aftertaste is sharp and disappears nicely ✨. This balance is the best! Uncontrollable deliciousness~ no good! Unlike other bottles, I can't tell how much I drank. It's only Wednesday... but I'm happy!

100% Yamada-Nishiki Rice polishing ratio: 58 Alcohol content: 15 I visited Tokushima and Kagawa Prefecture this week and enjoyed sake in Tokushima! This is my first sake from Tokushima. LED Dream Yeast" developed by Tokushima Prefecture. They brewed it with a rare yeast that is only used in sake breweries in the prefecture. It is sweet and tart, very juicy and tropical 🍎. It was a perfect match for the olive yellowtail caught in the neighboring Kagawa Prefecture! Another delicious sake I have discovered 😊.

Sakihokore from Akita Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 45 Alcohol content: 14%. We paired it with a nice sushi. The sweetness and umami of the rice and the fresh acidity are well balanced! Excellent balance! It's so easy to drink! It's been a long time since I've had a sake that was so smooth and not too light, not too soft and not too soft.
