Yamada Nishiki Polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 15 I've always wanted to try "Denshogiku". Gorgeous fruity aroma 😆. Pale orikara Perfectly balanced with elegant sweetness. It makes everyday life more colorful with special moments. It really is true! I'm glad I bought two bottles!

Sparkling 50% Junmai Daiginjo-class rice polished from carefully selected Yamadanishiki sake rice 14% alcohol by volume I enjoyed it when I had it before, so I got a bottle. The bubbles are fine and delicate due to secondary fermentation in the bottle! Refreshing aroma, lightly cloudy and gorgeously soft. A bottle went quickly because of its gentle sweetness 😆.

100% Hitogochi produced in Tochigi Prefecture 16% alcohol by volume Seasonal activated nigori sake. I was nervous when I opened the bottle, but it didn't have a lot of sizzle... Silky and full-bodied as only nigori can be. It has a sweetness, but it's not too strong...

Ingredient rice: Organic Kame-no-o from Tochigi Prefecture SENKYO's concept is "supernatural sake and completely additive-free. Super natural sake with no additives. I found a lot of difficult words when I looked it up, but... Anyway, it was delicious! Am I the only one who felt melon🍈? The sweetness and soft acidity are exquisite! I want to drink it every day! I'm also happy that it's 13% alcohol by volume! I love Senkou even more now that I know how it's made 😊.

Summer nigori" 🐼 brewed with Yamahai brewing method 15%. I was attracted to "Summer Nigori". Light sweetness, creamy but with a spicy aftertaste. The brewer's recommendation is to drink it with soda. I tried it, but I preferred it as is.

Alcohol: 13%. The tag "Bubble Foam Method" was attached to the bottle, so I mistakenly assumed it was a soursop💦. It is said to be "Yamazato's original method to trap the bubbles created during the fermentation process inside the bottle"... It wasn't bubbly, but it was sweet and delicious!
