I visited Tokushima and Kagawa Prefecture this week and enjoyed sake in Tokushima!
This is my first sake from Tokushima.
LED Dream Yeast" developed by Tokushima Prefecture.
They brewed it with a rare yeast that is only used in sake breweries in the prefecture.
It is sweet and tart, very juicy and tropical 🍎.
It was a perfect match for the olive yellowtail caught in the neighboring Kagawa Prefecture!
Another delicious sake I have discovered 😊.
