This is the 4th bottle of local sake I got on my trip to the San-in region 🍶.
This is a local sake from Tsuwano, Shimane Prefecture 🍶I bought a total of 6 bottles on this trip, but this is the only sake I bought from the brewery 😅.
I usually drink it cold at first, but this time I had it at room temperature 😁It has a slightly yellowish color, a slightly sour aroma, and a sour mouthfeel, but it was crisp and refreshing 🙂🍶🍶Now I heated it up to about 50℃🍶 and it tasted even better, The acidity was even more pronounced and the sharpness was even more pronounced 🍶.
On the second day, I tried it cold, but the acidity was reduced and I felt a slight bitterness. This is a nice touch 😁.
Personally, I think it goes well with heated sake 🍶🍶🍶👍
