Oh! If you're coming to Utsunomiya ‼️ near Utsunomiya station, I'd recommend Shimadaya Sake Shop, a short walk to our favorite Megada Sake Shop (closed on Sundays), or a short LRT ride to Hitomi Sake Shop, where you'll find plenty of Senkou. If you have a car, I recommend Mashidaya Sake Shop 🤗.

Tokyo Drinking Log②. We finally had this one, which we often see in Sake-no-wa. The aroma is mellow! It is also mellow when you drink it! The freshness of new sake is pleasant, while still having the gorgeousness typical of Mutsu Hachisen. The acidity and bitterness gradually seep through. I tend to describe this kind of sake as "heavy and easy to drink. It is easy to drink despite its weight. Let me know what you think.

Tokyo drinking log ①. This is good water! The water is so easy to drink that it makes you want to say, "This is good water! The moderate sweetness of the water kept me going. As the waiter said, "It's been two weeks since we opened it, so I think it will settle down a little," it didn't have a tangy gassy feeling, but I liked the calm feeling! Eikoufuji is one of the top brewers on my list! Thanks again!

First impact with a good weight flying off the palate! The sweetness and acidity are very beautiful, and it goes down the throat with a clear and crisp taste. What can I say? If I had to describe it in one word, it would be "beautiful sake. Even the taste is pink because of the label, which is a miracle. As expected of Shinsei: 👏🏻 We had a light celebration, so we went to Sushi🍣 with the family.... I went to a sushi restaurant with my family for a light celebration, but I was the only one who really wanted to drink cosmos, so I got takeout by myself. It was a pain in the ass to just stuff myself while everyone else was stuffing their faces with sushi, but it was worth it!

Smooth and easy to drink. Smooth like water. And so fruity that I couldn't help but talk to the liquor, "Are you a juice? I couldn't help but talk to the sake 👀✨. The aroma was so delightful that I was swooning when I had it in my mouth forever! LOL! The slight sourness that lingered at the end made me want to drink more, and when I came to, I found myself empty 🌟. It was delicious!

Kanazawa Trip Purchases ①. All Ishikawa's local sake made with 100% Hyakumangoku No Shiro, sweet vanilla-like flavor 🌿. The flavor changes so much with temperature. Imagine it changing more and more as you drink it 👀🌟. I really enjoyed that! When it's cold, it's crisp and light. When it is cold, it is crisp and light, but as the temperature rises, the aroma and sweetness come out more and more, which is amazing! I felt the fullness that is typical of Junmai, and I personally prefer this one: ♥️

I stopped by a local liquor store to buy some Nanaken because it was so good 🥰 and it turned out to be a hit 🥰♥️ I bought a lot of sake from a mix of different regions because there were many different kinds of famous sake... I'll start with this one! I would definitely buy and drink this Otters sake if I saw it. Please give me a word that accurately describes the rich, thick, and unique taste of this unpasteurized sake. Anyway, it was so refreshing and violent! LOL! The subtle sizzle adds to the stimulation! We ate "Kikyoya Shingenmochi" together! Sake x Japanese sweets = HAPPY✌🏻

We went to Yamanashi Prefecture, a neighbor of Japan! When you come here, you must have "houtou"! We had pork dry houtou and shichiken at the usual Kosaku. Today, I chose the "Taste of Tenjin". It has a strong sour taste. It has a bitter taste, yet it is smooth on the palate! It was like a white wine 🥂. Matches well with the darker Houtou: ♥️ Afterwards, we went to Fuji Oishi Hana Terrace for dessert 🍨🤍. Cheers to a happy holiday!

It was the first sake with flower yeast. I started drinking it with the same stupid idea as usual! I started to drink it with the same stupid idea as ever, but without time to check it out, I just kept saying how good it tasted 🤗🍶♥️ We finished up at the whiskey bar for dessert! Chichibu is home to the world famous Ichiro's Malt, which is why there are so many whiskey bars 🥃. I changed the icon. I think I drew an illustration that is very personal to me. ✍🏻 lol

Today's release! I went out in the morning to buy a freshly shiboritate of Chichibu Nishiki, my usual favorite local sake 🚗. As expected, there was a line of people lined up to buy it, but it sold out rather quickly...so that's a relief! The freshness of the new sake with the Chichibu Nishiki character was very satisfying ◎. After drinking this, you will be excited for the big event coming up next week, "Oh, it's already the Chichibu Night Festival" 🌟. Living in a tourist area often makes me say "oh...😨", but there is also a lot of happiness, which is why I like it.

As expected, the taste is stable! I like the fact that it is dry yet mellow. I named it after the label I call her "Miss sharp and fruity". I call her "Miss Kirekire Fruity" after the label. We started with a craft beer 🍺 since we were drinking after participating in an outdoor festival that day. Beer is a good thing when you're outdoors 🍺 lol I tried the new Salty Lychee from Teenage Brewing, which I've always been a big fan of. Drinking is the best ♥️
