We went to Yamanashi Prefecture, a neighbor of Japan!
When you come here, you must have "houtou"!
We had pork dry houtou and shichiken at the usual Kosaku.
Today, I chose the "Taste of Tenjin".
It has a strong sour taste.
It has a bitter taste, yet it is smooth on the palate!
It was like a white wine 🥂.
Matches well with the darker Houtou: ♥️
Afterwards, we went to Fuji Oishi Hana Terrace for dessert 🍨🤍.

I have an uncle who lives in Yamanashi and he sends me "Shichiken" every year, so I have had it, but I guess it will be different when combined with local gourmet food 😁.
