Kanazawa Travel Log5 @Jinsen Wasabi I was really looking forward to drinking "Naohiko Noguchi Laboratory" 🥺🍶 when I visited Ishikawa Prefecture. Honjozo Unfiltered Nama Sake The owner says it has a "freshness like a pear". One sip and I was convinced it was just like that 🍐🍐🍐🍐. It was very tasty. Kanazawa Travel Log4 Local Sake and Obanzai Himari This was the sake that was appointed to me based on a fluffy request for something refreshing to drink as a mid-meal drink. It was rich, mellow, and straightforwardly delicious, so we enjoyed it while saying, "You're a very honest girl, aren't you? Kanazawa Travel Log ③ Local Sake and Obanzai Himari When someone says "arabashiri", I drink it anyway! LOL! I can't get enough of its unique slightly carbonated taste ✨. Elegant, gentle, moist, these words suit this good sake. Fresh and fruity...like a white wine. I travel to enjoy the local flavor of rice and local sake. I am glad I am Japanese. I am glad I could drink sake. But it was still hard to bear in mind that it was over 25 degrees Celsius in November...I can't tell you how many times I thought about drinking beer...lol!

I went out to eat beef tongue and found a Daisuki Otter and had no choice but to drink it... 😌. The delicacy of the rice, the moderate sweetness, and the softly fragrant florals... Kanazawa travel log② Selling machine at Kanazawa Station Hyakubangai An and "Jizake Kura" (local sake brewery) When you hear the words "limited edition, fantastic", you drink it anyway! The moment you drink it, you can feel the concentrated flavor. Sweet? I thought it was sweet, but it has a dry aftertaste. Anyway, it has an impact! The adage on the vending machine was neat. After that, I tried the limited time offer dorayaki from Shibafune Koide, but it was too delicious and I had to have another one 👏🏻 lol! By the way, I got by with Karuizawa beer and the much-talked-about ice cream until we arrived 🍨. The hardness of the ice cream is just as rumored 🍨. #shinkansengoikatai ice cream

Kanazawa Trip LOG① I went on a trip that could be called a trip to enjoy sake to the fullest 🚄. First of all, as soon as I arrived, I went to "Odenyama-san" in Kanazawa Station to enjoy Kanazawa's gourmet food and local sake 🍢🍶. It was my first time to try salt-flavored oden! I knew it was different from the taste of Kanto! It matched the Kaga Tobi and both were delicious! I spilled a lot of it though... lol! I was so satisfied with the rich aroma!

We had the famous sake "Hana-yosu" at a local izakaya, which is the pride of Saitama! It's still delicious! Fruity 😋💞🍍 The sweet and spicy taste of Chichibu's local delicacy "Miso Potato" and the sweetness of the Hana-Hiyo-Yau made our time together a happy one. We were happy and satisfied.

🍁Mikurabe 🍁 in autumn at Mukho Brewery. (2) Buko-Masamune Hiyahi Oroshi Tokubetsu Junmai Genshu (Hiyahi Oroshi) The "Haiku" is the name of a sake brewery in Japan! The sake is a pure rice sake with a nice, standard taste that does not betray expectations. The Chichibu Night Festival is already in full swing in Chichibu, It's too late to feel the autumnal atmosphere, but I'm glad I had it. I'm glad I had a chance to try it.

I only drink "Chichibu Nishiki" as Chichibu's local sake in Sakegawa, but of course I also love "Bukou Masamune". Matsuoka Brewery in Saitama Prefecture is known for its "Teisho! But this is a bit of a change of pace! This sake is named after the son and heir of Matsuoka Brewery, the company's executive director, Matsuoka. Indeed, the handsome executive director Matsuoka is a popular character often seen in the media (?). It has the gorgeousness of a Junmai Daiginjo, but with a clean aftertaste that doesn't interfere with the food. Delicious! I want to drink it again!

I don't drink on weekdays, but today is special✨I just finished a big competition, so I went to my favorite coffee shop by myself and had a toast 🍶. I had "Chichibu Nishiki" which is too familiar as a local sake. Tonight it's Honjozo. The moderate weight of the sake is good for "drinking sake". I'm the type of person who can drink sake and have white rice at the same time, so I usually have it for dinner (pork and green onion stir-fry is delicious 😋). Eating rice makes me want to drink junmai sake.
