I bought this because I heard it was less sweet, but it was a little sweet.

It is treated as a regular sake even though it is a Junmai sake.
Therefore, it is the strongest sake in terms of price even though it uses Omachi.
You can feel the full flavor of Omachi.

Without thinking about it, I picked up a bottle of sake from Yamanashi.
This was a big hit!
It's similar to Kikuhime and Tamagawa, which I like.
It has a firm mouthfeel.
It is mellow, but has a good throat feeling and sharpness.
As the day goes by, the fruity taste comes out.
It is a good sake.

The memorable 100th bottle is Eikoh Fushi, which I was interested in because it appeared in "Recommended for you".
It is a seasonal sake made entirely from "Miyamanishiki" produced in Akita Prefecture.
It is elegant, beautiful, gentle sweetness and acidity.
It has a fresh taste.
