This is a very limited Occasional series of unfiltered original sake brewed only once a year by Kankiku Meijo.
This is the first Chiba sake.
First of all, the name is cool.
It is gorgeous.

The impression that the umami is mild and a little thin than Junmai.
It is named "Nagare" as expected. It goes on smoothly.
This is good.
However, the price is not so different, so I feel that Junmai is fine.

"It's an Omachi from a sake brewery that specializes in dry sake," the shop owner told me.
I was very interested in this bottle.
It is indeed an Omachi, but it is somewhat light and refreshing.
If you drink it at room temperature, the flavor and nutty taste will come out and it will be even better.

While watching the special edition of Mr. Purgatory that aired last night.
A bottle of sake with coloring like Purgatory Anjuro.
It is made from Kumamoto Kame-no-o. I'm addicted to Kame-no-o.

Kikuhime which is not Yamahai.
Junmai-shu is available only in this season.
A ripe banana. It is thick.
But it's fresher than the usual Kikuhime.
Slightly sweet.

I didn't know there was Yamahai in Denshu.
There is no sense of Yamahai.
There is no distinctive aroma, and the taste is clean and delicious.
I felt betrayed. But it is delicious. It is mysterious.

It's a limited series with more lactic acidity than the regular one, but I've never had the regular version, and this is my first abe.
Balance of sweetness and sourness
Clear and delicious.

Hiyaoroshi of unpasteurized sake.
This Okuharima. It's delicious.
The aroma is sweet and has depth.
The taste is typical of Okuharima.
And it has the richness and deliciousness of Yamahai.

''I feel the fruitiness like a banana.''
A sake that allows you to feel it well.
Gentle mouthfeel.'' And elegant.
I wonder if there is anyone who dislikes the taste.
I like Yamahai and Omachi, but I want to drink Sharaku and Tasake in between. Balance

It's all fall weather.
Hiyaoroshi is increasing in the store, and it's getting crowded nowadays.
Junmai Ginjo made from 100% Akaban Omachi.

It is made from "Kinmon Nishiki" which is grown by Mr. Masaki without relying on organic fertilizer and pesticides in the blessed nature of Sanada, Ueda City.
It has a good feeling of traditional sake making.
