Drinking out series A traditional type with a strong acidity and a peculiar taste. The aftertaste is short, so I don't think it will be heavy. It was a light jab in the midst of a series of gentle wines recently. It's good that it has a little bit of a quirk, because it makes you feel like you've had a good drink. It is better to drink it with side dishes than to drink it by itself.

Drinking out series No aftertaste. You can drink it just like water. The moment you drink it is also weak. It has a slight sweetness. You can't really feel the sake flavor. It seems to be recommended for people who are not used to drinking sake. But personally, I don't think I would feel like drinking it.

Drinking out series This wine has a strong sweet flavor. I think it is strong, but it disappears quickly. I don't think you will get tired of drinking it. The fact that the word "delicious" comes out before I think about the taste makes me think that I really like Tokusyu Junmai.

Drinking out series I had never heard of this name at all. So I took up the challenge. It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Sweet and sour type. It has a strong sweet taste and is easy to drink without any peculiarity. The aftertaste is also nice sweetness. It is not long. It is a beautiful sake. It is easy to drink. It seems to be suitable for drinking by itself.

Home Drinking Series Purchased at Fukuhara Sake Shop (Miyoshi City) This one caught my eye at a liquor store I visited on a whim. I thought this was the one I was looking for because Mie Prefecture was still open, so I bought it. It was not until after I drank it that I learned that it was a rare local product that had just landed in my hometown. It's a really interesting liquor store, but it's not near here... Now, my impression. The sweet ginjo aroma was my first impression. I wonder if there is a good balance between sweetness and acidity. The flavor is full and there is a bit of a lingering aftertaste. The sharpness is good and the alcohol content is light at 15%, making it easy to drink. With such a light sake, it is easy to drink. I think it goes better if it is well chilled. This was one of the best tasting sake I've ever tasted!

Home Drinking Series Purchased at Fukuhara Sake Shop (Miyoshi City) I like wine as well as sake. I am interested in sake that is stored in oak barrels used for making red wine, so I immediately went for this one. I am confident that if I drank it without knowing anything about it, I would never be able to answer that it was sake. The appearance, aroma, and taste all suggest a wine-like quality, so it doesn't really feel like sake. The color is just a tint, so it's more white than red, but when you drink it, it feels almost like a red. I guess that means the flavors have been properly transferred. The sake-like sensation is not strong, and it spreads a little at the moment you take a sip, but it quickly fades away. I wonder if the acidity from the white malt is another factor that makes it seem like wine. There are so many different kinds of sake, and I never get tired of them. The high road is good, but I'd like to challenge myself to try out different kinds of sake as well.

Home Drinking Series Purchased at Liquor and Foods Tanaka (Hatsukaichi City) You'd think that opening a bottle of active sake would be difficult, but if you chill it properly and let it settle down, it opens without a hitch. The important thing is to suppress the desire to drink it as soon as possible. Now, let's take a look at Kyokuho's light nigori. It is refreshing, with moderate acidity and sake flavor. It's not a low strength sake, but it's drinkable. It is a perfect summer sake. I think the mainstream is for juicy sake with a low alcohol content, but I don't want it to be that sweet, and I want it to have this level of sake flavor, so this type is perfect for me personally.
