The first junmai ginjo was impressive, so I bought this tank pressed junmai sake as a follow-up.
I thought it had a little sweetness, but overall it was a light and elegant sake with a short aftertaste. It is easy to drink as it has a weak sake flavor.
I opened it because it was my day off and I was thinking of having a slow drink after dinner, but since it was light and easy to drink, it went down so fast that if I allowed myself to drink just a little more, it would be gone in no time.
It is not easy to find Tamitsu, so I would like to have it again when I come across it again.
