Drinking out series The ginjo aroma and acidity are well pronounced. It is strong at first but disappears in a short period of time. It is a very strong sake, but you can drink it neatly. I think you will be satisfied even after the third glass.

Drinking out series The aftertaste is sharp and umami, and it is good to drink, but it is rather firm and there is a lingering aftertaste, so it is not the light type that can be easily drunk. Personally, I prefer it to be this drinkable, but it may be a bit hard to recommend to others. It is stronger when it is chilled, so you might want to drink it after the temperature rises a little, or try it on the rocks and let it dissolve a little before drinking.

Outside drinking series(2022) A strong, robust wine with a strong acidity. It is very drinkable, but the aftertaste is short and not that harsh. I think you will be satisfied even after the first few sips because of its firmness.

Drinking out series I drank it heated, but from the time I tasted it at room temperature, I could already taste the umami, and I was at a loss for words as to what it was. I am an amateur, so my lack of vocabulary comes out. It tasted something like soy sauce, and oddly enough, it tasted like egg rice. I don't think you can tell at all. Anyway, it has a lot of flavor and seems to go well with side dishes. I think it would be satisfying even on its own. It has a strong flavor, but it is not harsh and easy to drink. It's something unique. Interesting.

Drinking out series Fruity and refreshing. It has a nice sweetness, and the sake is soft and easy to drink. The gentle and pleasant feeling can only be achieved with Junmai Daiginjo. It is perfect for the first cup.

Drinking out series I had never heard of this name at all. So I took up the challenge. It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Sweet and sour type. It has a strong sweet taste and is easy to drink without any peculiarity. The aftertaste is also nice sweetness. It is not long. It is a beautiful sake. It is easy to drink. It seems to be suitable for drinking by itself.

Drinking out series Sake made with white malted rice used in shochu making. I don't usually drink shochu, so I don't have the knowledge to compare them. so I will just describe what I felt as a sake. It has a light lactic acid taste and is light. The acidity is stimulated later, but it is not too strong. It has a certain feeling when you drink it, but it is not so strong that you think it is too strong, and you can drink it lightly. Is it similar to the recently popular white wine with acidity? It is not like sake, but that is a good point. The sake itself is soft. It leaves a weak acidity. There is some lingering aftertaste, which I think is good.

Drinking out series The first sip at room temperature gives the impression of a strong sake with a strong umami flavor. When heated, it becomes a round, easy-drinking sake with its umami flavor intact and its heaviness lifted. It has a strong sake flavor, but I don't think it is that strong. It can be enjoyed at room temperature. I think it was the same with Chiketsuru. I think it was the same with Chiketsuru, but I think it was also the case with Chiketsuru. I think it's the same with Chiketsuru, but I think it's a yellowish, sour sake that expands its flavor when heated. This is the type of sake I would recommend for warmed sake.
