Home Drinking Series
Purchased at Fukuhara Sake Shop (Miyoshi City)
This one caught my eye at a liquor store I visited on a whim.
I thought this was the one I was looking for because Mie Prefecture was still open, so I bought it.
It was not until after I drank it that I learned that it was a rare local product that had just landed in my hometown.
It's a really interesting liquor store, but it's not near here...
Now, my impression.
The sweet ginjo aroma was my first impression.
I wonder if there is a good balance between sweetness and acidity.
The flavor is full and there is a bit of a lingering aftertaste.
The sharpness is good and the alcohol content is light at 15%, making it easy to drink.
With such a light sake, it is easy to drink.
I think it goes better if it is well chilled.
This was one of the best tasting sake I've ever tasted!
