Drinking out series A peculiar atmosphere like citrus acidity or bitterness. It is different from the easy-to-drink Swiss type. It's not the easy-to-drink Swiss style, but in these days when there are so many easy-to-drink drinks, it's nice to have something different. The alcohol content is 15, so it doesn't have a strong liquor taste, and it is not difficult to drink. It seems to be a rare one that has been stored for a long time, so I carefully enjoy a glass of it. Encounters like this are the joy of drinking outside.

Drinking out series More lactic acidity than the previous Asahi Hou. It has a sweetness that is closer to the acidity. It is sharp and easy to drink. It has an instant sake feel but no aftertaste. It has a rounded feel, perhaps because it is a matured 2019BY.

Drinking out series The unusually cute illustrated label for Kyokuho intrigued me. It is refreshing with a sour taste. It has a nice sake taste and gives the impression of having been drunk, but the aftertaste is gentle. It is the kind of sake that will calm you down after you have had a glass of it. It may go well with some side dishes. It can be enjoyed as a stand-alone drink. It may be a little too much for the light drinker, but there must be people who want something like this.

Drinking out series Nigori has a nice sweetness and lactic acidity. It has a fresh and stimulating taste. The sake-like taste is not so strong, probably due to the sweetness. The aftertaste is a little lingering but not long. Nigori sake is easy to drink even for light drinkers who do not usually drink sake, so it is recommended as an entry point to the market.

A lactic acid taste that can be compared to yogurt sweets. A refreshing sake that resets you in a good way. The taste is gentle and easy to drink with no peculiarities and no lingering aftertaste. There may be a pattern where it is so gentle that you don't feel like drinking it. Be careful not to drink it too fast because you don't feel like drinking it.

Home Drinking Series Purchased at Fukko (Hiroshima City) You might choose a cup of sake more for its collectible label than for its taste. This Seikagami is a reissue label, and the label is the opposite of the current style of labels with side letters and cute pictures. I think this label is also very cool. I drank it heated, but since it had a paper label, I avoided soaking it directly and transferred it to a chirori to warm it up. Well, I don't think it will peel off in a little while. The taste was enjoyable enough for casual drinking. I have only bought a total of two cups, but I want to buy more when I come across something I like, so I will have to put them away properly or they will end up in a pile of cups.
