つきしずくDrinking out series Matsuura Ichi is a stable, special junmai of your choice. It is also an aged one, manufactured in March 31. Sake like this is common in this store. It is a sake with a strong acidity that is delicious. And yet it is easy to drink. It ran out quickly when I was sipping it. It seems strong, but it disappears quickly without making you feel so. It is good.

つきしずくDrinking out series This is the last drink I ordered. Since the glasses at this restaurant are teacups, I thought for a moment that tea had arrived. But there was no such reason. The last one I ordered was a Yokozuna with a strength of 21 degrees Celsius. This is what happens when you order something just because of its name and just wait to see what you get, but the first two glasses were low in alcohol content, and now this. I could have just asked him, but it would have been more interesting this way. The aroma is not so strong, and the acidity is strong but the aftertaste is short and not persistent, so you can drink it. It's a sour wine, but it's not as difficult to drink as it looks.

つきしずくDrinking out series But this sake is softer by adding water and lowering the alcohol content to 13 degrees. But this sake is soft because it is watered down to 13 degrees Celsius. I thought so, but it is indeed easy to drink. It's so easy to drink that you wonder if it's not dangerous if it goes down so smoothly. It may be too light when you are ready to drink, but when drinking it as an in-between-dinner drink or while talking with someone, you can drink it without thinking about it and it is just right. However, you should be careful not to drink too much when you realize you have had too much.

つきしずくHome Drinking Series Purchased at Liquor and Foods Tanaka (Hatsukaichi City) I really wanted to drink the new sake, so I picked this up from the liquor store. Ganki is a brand I personally trust, so I bought this one thinking it would be safe. It was a fruity sake with a strong sweetness. At first I thought it might be a little strong. But it was so sharp and flowed so smoothly that it didn't linger at all. So it is easy to drink and there is a danger that you might end up drinking too much of it. I think it is best to drink it well chilled. I think it's better to drink it quickly while it's fresh, but I'm also curious to see what happens if it sits for a while. But with this drinkability, I'm sure it will be gone quickly.

つきしずくDrinking out series After a quick visit to Tsuneyama, we moved on to aged sake. I believe that the ultimate sake is one that can be sipped slowly at room temperature, and this is just that. The matured flavor derived from the acidity is very pleasant. I guess it depends on the person who drinks it, but I like this kind of sake. I get excited when I see colored sake. Of course it's good heated, but it's best to drink it cold and hassle-free. I know it's not a trend, but I would like to meet such sake.

つきしずくDrinking out series Good acidity. It is easy to drink because it disappears quickly, although I think it is strong at the moment. It has a nice sharpness, so you can drink it in small sips and it will run out quickly. If you want to drink it with side dishes, it would be better with something salty than sour. つきしずくDrinking out series As we were about to leave, the waiter said he had another bottle of Jyushiyo and started to open it. It was simply delicious, partly due to the freshness of the first sip. I guess it had a strong umami flavor. I couldn't keep a proper record because it was the last drink of the tour, but it was good without any difficulties. I thought it was indeed Jyushiyo. I don't think the name is everything, and there are many minor sake that are good, but the famous ones have their own merits. It's not easy to buy sake, so I'll be thankful that I was lucky enough to come across it. It was a good day.

つきしずくOutside drinking series(2022) On this day, a staff member was graduating from the restaurant, so it was a very busy time for us, and we were just getting busy. When I ordered sake, a bottle and a glass were placed before me and I was told to pour it in and drink it by myself. However, when I looked at the picture today, I realized that the previous bottle was a special junmai orikara-mi and the one this day was junmai ginjo Hachitan-nishiki, which is a different type of junmai ginjo. I didn't write down my impression of the taste because I thought it was the same as before. All I remember is that I enjoyed drinking it because of the atmosphere of the place. It was a rare Jigokin, and I wanted to take my time, but I was able to send the staff off with a good time, so I guess it was a good thing.
