Drinking out series at akatsuki smoke We received the 2018 brew 2022 manufactured. It has a good taste with soft acidity. It has a gentle mouthfeel with good lingering umami. Outside Drinking Series At Dawn Smoke It's not sour to sin and easy to drink. It's good as a food wine. But you can still taste the flavor. I wonder if the sugar content is taken out and it becomes easier to feel the taste. This one tastes better even after it cools down. I think it's easier to drink than Shin. Drinking out series I found a good cold sake, so I decided to ask what else was available. I found one that I had had a while ago, Umezu's Nama Hashiroshi, which I suspected was Bancha when I first saw it. This restaurant also had teacups, so once again Bancha came before my eyes. The store owner's choice was to add a little water and raise the temperature to 70°C. Perhaps because it was only 98 polished, I could sense a kind of graininess, which gave it a savory flavor like burnt soy sauce. I had a similar taste when I drank nigori from this brewery before, but I wonder what it is. It tastes concentrated, as if you are drinking soup stock. I wonder if it is strong enough to be defeated even when it is hot. It has a strong taste, so you can enjoy it even when it gets cold. The acidity is more pronounced.

Home Drinking Series I've had a lot of sake in my life. I've been drinking a lot of sake, but I've never been a fan of the major brands. I have recently been trying to learn more about sake, and I bought a bottle of sake that I had never had the chance to try before. It has a gentle ginjo aroma. I think ginjo-style sake is a bit hard to drink if you keep drinking it, and if you drink it by itself, you don't get a lot of it, but this Saku is well-balanced and easy to drink. Especially when drunk as a mealtime sake with side dishes, it goes down very easily. It also has a nice sharpness, so I found myself enjoying it more and more. You can drink it simply because it tastes so good, without thinking about the flavor or aroma. I thought to myself, "There are some things that are famous in famous places. There must be a reason why they are highly regarded by many people. I came here without knowing about it, but I would like to search for it again, because it means that there are still some untapped areas that I can enjoy.

Home Drinking Series Purchased at Meguru Sake Shop (Hiroshima City) I went to Meguru Sake Shop because I heard there was a sake shop that sold sake by weight. It is a regular sake shop, but they sell any of the sake in the store by weight. They also have a corner store where you can taste and buy sake. Since I haven't been able to get to the point where I can get a sense of the taste by looking at the numbers or the rice, I have to buy by reading the store's recommendations, trusting the brands I know, or buying by the atmosphere of the label, but it is nice to be able to taste and buy. And since you can buy it by the bottle, it's easier than buying a four-bottle bottle. You can get a good sense of the atmosphere of this sake when you drink it in a glass. It has a smoky aroma and spicy flavor. The aftertaste reminds me of red wine. It is just as it says on the label, but when I first drank it with a sake cup, I couldn't understand it at all, but when I changed to a glass, I realized that it is exactly as it says. I was convinced that the taste is so different depending on the vessel.

Drinking out series When it comes to sake in different culinary genres I tend to think that they are just stocking sake for the time being. However, this restaurant has a good selection of sake that goes well with the main course of okonomiyaki or other strong-flavored dishes. The newest addition is Hiroshima Nishiki. It is a revived version of a sake rice called Hiroshima Nishiki that used to be available in the past. I had always thought of Hiroshima as Hachitan-Nishiki, so this is the first time I have heard of such a rice. The sake is light and easy to drink, with a delicious rice flavor. It has an elegant atmosphere, but it is not inaccessible and easy to drink. It was easy to drink, blending well with strong-flavored dishes without interfering with them. I decided that sake with okonomiyaki is not a bad choice.
