Sugata斬れすがた 特別純米生酒
nono
Refreshing and crisp. Slight scent of wood...?
A slight scent of wood...?
What is dry sake?
I thought so, and bought a bottle. Sake degree +8
But what is it?
It is sweeter than I expected.
At first I thought it would have a light aftertaste, but it has a lot of umami aftertaste and a sweetness that is not spectacular. The acidity also lingers.
I was imagining a dry wine with a lot of alcohol and a tingling sensation, but that's not the case.
I looked it up and found out that the tingling is the one with high acidity.
Is the alcoholic one a cheap sake? 😅
To begin with, sake level is determined by the amount of sugar, right?
This one looks like it has a lot of sugar too. But is it a plus....
Yeah, but is it dry without "sweetness"?
At any rate, I'll have to buy one with even higher sake content to see what dry is. Sake, it's so deep!

Good evening, Mr. Nono 😃.
We just had a +12 dry sake and it was refreshing but fruity with a hint of sweetness 😋.
The taste also changes depending on the conditions and the combination of the two 🤔It's a very deep experience 😆.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby. Thank you for your comment: ☺️
Oh, +12? I guess the sweetness is faint when you get that far 👀.
I'll be looking for more dryness next time. The fun never ends 😆.
