Pop the bottle open with a bang 🎉. Mildly fruity. You can feel the acidity quite a bit. Not carbonated, but tingling. It has a nice sharpness and a lingering taste of rice. It is not fruity in the sense that it is fruity, It is more like "umami of rice > fruity". The sweetness is not at the forefront of the taste, but it is a sake made from rice! I think I felt the insistence of "This is a rice wine! I think. (Not sure). I am not sure. The second cup, I feel quite sweetness in the front.... I don't know what's going on anymore. No, I thought it was mild, but it was not! I think there were quite a few times when I thought it was mild. I wonder what kind of condition (my own) is the best to drink it under. LOL! ...Anyway, it means it's delicious 😂.

White flowers, greenish fresh impression. Refreshingly refreshing and refreshingly sweet, pear-like. Slightly shwashy? Tingling sensation. Bitter aftertaste. The refreshing taste may be due to the good balance. It's sweet, but the aftertaste is very tight. Takachiyo is a name I've seen a lot, but I've never had much luck with it. I don't see it at the liquor stores I usually go to. Is it in the back? 🙄 I wondered...but I didn't know it was a makiki brewery. I know Makiki. It's delicious, isn't it? But I am a newbie to Takachidai, so I looked up the label CHAPTER II and what does it mean? I did some research. There is a series called "Takachiyo59" and this is the second one this season. I wonder if the rice is different each time? I'm curious what else is coming out 🙂✨.

Moderately bitter and refreshingly dry. Citrusy like gin? Refreshing mouthfeel with a citrusy, gin-like flavor. Bitter aftertaste. There was some sake-like sweetness, but it was lost in today's dinner of brisket 🥲. What was the sake level like? I wondered, it was 20.3 degrees 😳. MY dryness ranking No.1 has been renewed. LOL! At the same time, I had my eye on Atago no Matsumatsu Harukoi Junmai Ginjo, which I was planning to buy, and it was -55 degrees Sake. It was indeed sweet. It was not really sake, but I remember it was thick and had some kind of grainy strawberry seeds. I really appreciated the sake tasting. (I was really thankful that they offered us a tasting of the sake (I was thinking, "If this tastes so good, why buy a whole bottle? But I wonder what kind of grains they were. I can't find anything about it.) The sake seems to be limited edition from season to season, so there is never a dull moment. It may be hard work for the brewers, but for the drinkers, it's a paradise to enjoy all year round. 🏝️✨

Clean and elegant taste. I thought...but it is quite rich in flavor? It is sharp and has a strong sweetness. A little acidity. A rather classical taste? Is my idea of classic the taste of raw sake? I'm not sure anymore! I'm not sure anymore! The liquor store I always go to. There is a tasting corner, but lately, whenever I go there, there are no unused sake cups. I was thinking that it was hard to sample sake, but to my surprise, the unused sake cups had been moved to the fridge. LOL! Today was the first time in a long time that I was able to sample a variety of sake that I have been curious about. I was really thankful to find some that were delicious but not the kind of sake that I would buy a whole bottle of ✨.

Kickin😎✨ You can feel the acidity from the moment you put it in your mouth. Is it too much to say that the sweetness factor is zero? But that's how it feels! The aftertaste is sourness and rice flavor. And a tingling sensation. The aroma, in my mind, is that of dried shiitake mushrooms, but what is it really? Barrel? There was a lot written in English, but I was satisfied with Extra Dry for now. The sake degree of +17 is not a bad thing. It was very dry and easy to understand. I thought it would be good to warm it up, too. So my quest for dry sake was thankfully put to rest and I will return to my traditional life of buying sweet and tasty sake 🙂✨.

Hello nono😃 Fudo-san looks quite tough! I see 🤔I see that the sake degree of +17 is not a feat 😄I hope you know how to drink dry and balance sweet and tasty as well🤗.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃. It was quite an interesting immobility 🍶I say that my inquisitiveness has subsided, but I wonder what other brands are dry? I've been thinking about it. Yes, I agree. I'll try to enjoy it in a balanced way 😁.

Simple sweetness. Very sharp and very good. Before drinking, you can hardly smell the aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it has a simple sweetness. The aftertaste is very refreshing. I didn't know it could be so refreshing in spite of its sweetness 😳. I was actually going to buy the Kutouryuu Doroguchi (cotton candy type with a long aftertaste) that I drank before, but I couldn't find it. I went back and forth in front of the shelf to see if I could find something sweeter, and chose this Omachi sake, which I had been curious about recently, and which has a sake degree of -6 (...or 7? I can't remember 💦). What are the characteristics of Omachi? I'm not sure with just one brand, so I'll have to look for something else. Also, this sake gave me a different impression when it was warmed up, sweeter and richer. Sweetness and richness, twice as tasty ✨. *Additional note*. I tried the second glass and it was so rich from the first sip 😳 Ripe peach or pear type? I also feel a little bitterness. The temperature was the same as the first cup, fresh out of the vegetable compartment. Condition in the mouth? I didn't eat anything sweet...strange!

Mild sweetness and acidity. The aroma, sweetness, and acidity are all mild. The sharpness is also good. The flavor is also light, so it would be better if it were a little deeper. But I think this is good. Because it was less than 2,000 yen for a bottle. (Purchased at a major supermarket. (I checked the regular price and it seems to be a little more expensive.) Great value👍✨

Refreshing and crisp. Slight scent of wood...? A slight scent of wood...? What is dry sake? I thought so, and bought a bottle. Sake degree +8 But what is it? It is sweeter than I expected. At first I thought it would have a light aftertaste, but it has a lot of umami aftertaste and a sweetness that is not spectacular. The acidity also lingers. I was imagining a dry wine with a lot of alcohol and a tingling sensation, but that's not the case. I looked it up and found out that the tingling is the one with high acidity. Is the alcoholic one a cheap sake? 😅 To begin with, sake level is determined by the amount of sugar, right? This one looks like it has a lot of sugar too. But is it a plus.... Yeah, but is it dry without "sweetness"? At any rate, I'll have to buy one with even higher sake content to see what dry is. Sake, it's so deep!

Good evening, Mr. Nono 😃. We just had a +12 dry sake and it was refreshing but fruity with a hint of sweetness 😋. The taste also changes depending on the conditions and the combination of the two 🤔It's a very deep experience 😆.

Milky taste? 🤔 When I opened the bottle, I felt a little bit of a whiff, but I didn't feel that much carbonation while drinking it. At first I felt it was a little lackluster, but maybe the temperature was too low? (I put it in the regular refrigerated room, not the vegetable room.) After a while, I was able to enjoy it, with lots of gentle flavor and a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste. Like hot springs, sake is special when it is cloudy.

Anyway, it is calm. Gentle sweetness and acidity. Mellow and well-balanced. The aftertaste is the delicious taste of rice. Since we had been drinking a lot of nama-shu, we decided to try something different and chose yamahai. It's not bad if it's mild, but I think it's more satisfying if it's easy to understand and gorgeous. I think it's more satisfying 🙄. But the aftertaste of the rice was so addictive that I kept coming back for more. I tried it at room temperature, but I thought it would also be good hot, so I warmed it up. I have a cat tongue, so it was only lukewarm, but I think it tasted better. I remembered my grandfather used to drink sake with an electric warmer. Gorgeous aroma and taste. Sweet and quite sour. The aftertaste is clean...but the sourness leaves a pretty strong impression? 🤔 Apparently, they use a rose yeast called Princess Michiko, made at Tokyo University of Agriculture. I found it for sale at a booth of Tokyo University of Agriculture at a rag market and bought it without thinking. I bought it at the booth of the University of Agriculture at the rag market...I don't mean that I bought it unintentionally, but it was 3,300 yen for a four-pack, so I honestly had a hard time deciding. (You can buy a good one in a bottle 😅) I thought I drank Aizan recently, so I checked the record and found that Houou Mita Black Phoenix was Aizan. I see that Hououmida Black Phoenix is also Aizan. By the way, the price was 3,960 yen for a bottle. Well...if I knew the taste of both, I would buy the bottle. I am not that picky. But I wanted to try Raifuku, and I was curious about the rose flower yeast, so I had no choice 😂. I saw a student from the University of Agriculture working hard (?) in the strong winds to sell it. They were selling it, but it's sad that I can't really recognize either the University of Agriculture or Princess Michiko from the label. Oh, but if people who see it can recognize it? I don't know, but there's something dreamy about a yeast made in a university! ✨

🍍Tropical✨🏝️ This is... the taste of a tropical beverage from a Hawaiian restaurant 😳🍹. Pineapple maybe? I am totally mystified as to why it tastes like this from rice. ... This is another one I drank during the year and failed to post😅. Now that I think about it, pineapple! I wondered if it was because it was a daiginjo? 🤔 It was delicious and I would like to try other Kudokutei as well.

Purchased at a liquor store in a shopping mall near my parents' house (tourist area). Not the rarest of rarities, but a pretty good selection ✨. I couldn't buy a bottle of sake at my destination, so I had no choice but to choose this one from a selection of Yongo bottles. It's famous, but have you ever had it? I think it was delicious. Grassy aroma. Refreshing acidity. Is this your first time to say "grassy"? 🌱 Sweet, but surprisingly refreshing, with a clean aftertaste. You can drink as much as you want. No, the sweetness leaves a certain amount of residue on the palate, but not a persistent sweetness. But it is not a persistent sweetness. On the second day, I felt a strong creamy sweetness. I felt a strong creamy sweetness. I don't know how Black Phoenix is because I don't know the regular label of Houou Mita, but I enjoy it. ... I opened this at the end of December? (I'm not sure about the New Year's Eve and New Year's 😅) I'm posting this just in case there was a draft left in my notes. The vegetable room, which was so exciting at the end of the year, is now lonely. I think I should go shopping soon!

Hmmm... I see! I heard that this one won't be sold until 12/26. The reason is "so they don't drink it before the end of the year", they say. LOL! It was a bolt out of the blue for me, as I had bought sake on 12/22, hoping to get a head start before it got too crowded. I already have enough sake, and my fridge is already full... I got it safe and sound👍✨ I've been patient and opened the bottle on New Year's Day. I'm sure this is how it's supposed to be.... It tasted as good as I imagined, and it was no longer a Mito Komon-like relief. The bottle design was lovely, and I should have taken more serious pictures! 😣

Calm and mellow. Well-balanced system with mild sweetness and moderate bitterness. Good sharpness. This is a food sake. I really wanted to buy another Mutsu Hachisen label, but this was the only one they had. I guess many people buy sake for New Year's? Should I have gone to buy it a little earlier? I think so, but it's hard to find the right timing because I end up drinking it when it's in the fridge.

Nama-shu has a taste and aroma typical of nama-shu. It has acidity. There is a cool aftertaste. I wondered what kind of apple flower yeast was used. I bought it. I don't know much about yeast, but I wonder if the sweetness + coolness is related to the yeast? 🤔 I also felt a traditional sake-like sweetness and thought it was a bit different from the fruity route.
