Okuharima春待ちこがれて 純米吟醸 生酒
nono
Moderately bitter and refreshingly dry.
Citrusy like gin? Refreshing mouthfeel with a citrusy, gin-like flavor. Bitter aftertaste.
There was some sake-like sweetness, but it was lost in today's dinner of brisket 🥲.
What was the sake level like? I wondered, it was 20.3 degrees 😳.
MY dryness ranking No.1 has been renewed. LOL!
At the same time, I had my eye on Atago no Matsumatsu Harukoi Junmai Ginjo, which I was planning to buy, and it was -55 degrees Sake.
It was indeed sweet. It was not really sake, but I remember it was thick and had some kind of grainy strawberry seeds. I really appreciated the sake tasting.
(I was really thankful that they offered us a tasting of the sake (I was thinking, "If this tastes so good, why buy a whole bottle? But I wonder what kind of grains they were. I can't find anything about it.)
The sake seems to be limited edition from season to season, so there is never a dull moment.
It may be hard work for the brewers, but for the drinkers, it's a paradise to enjoy all year round. 🏝️✨
