Nama-shu has a taste and aroma typical of nama-shu. It has acidity. There is a cool aftertaste. I wondered what kind of apple flower yeast was used. I bought it. I don't know much about yeast, but I wonder if the sweetness + coolness is related to the yeast? 🤔 I also felt a traditional sake-like sweetness and thought it was a bit different from the fruity route.
