When I opened the bottle, I felt a little bit of a whiff, but I didn't feel that much carbonation while drinking it.
At first I felt it was a little lackluster, but maybe the temperature was too low? (I put it in the regular refrigerated room, not the vegetable room.)
After a while, I was able to enjoy it, with lots of gentle flavor and a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste.
Like hot springs, sake is special when it is cloudy.
