Peach, lychee, bitter. Cotton candy type sweetness. I was interested in purchasing this wine when I saw the information about its arrival at a local liquor store. The "tasting comment" reprinted from the official website was something amazing, and I wondered what it tasted like. I wondered what it tasted like. I was wondering what kind of taste it would have. 😅 Ah, but cotton candy type ≒ pancake? Creaminess of baking powder... ? Baking powder is creamy? (I don't know about creamy for this drink...) Where are the pine needles and roses...? (confused) By the way, the aftertaste is more bitter than sweet. Is this because I don't like bitter? 🤔 (I can't drink beer) Looking at the end of the sentence, I wonder if the "tasting comment" or something like that was written by a sommelier? I see, so this is how it's supposed to be~. I could not feel all of the sommelier's expression, but it was interesting to drink. Sake is interesting!

Mineral sensation? There is a cool, green apple-like coolness. Refreshing and cuts through quickly. After enjoying a square of sweet Oze no Yukidoke, this refreshing taste is very good. Mutsu Hachisen is going to have a variety of products in December. Enjoy ☺️✨

Thick and lumpy. ...Huh? It sounds like a catch copy of lotion😅. Taste is fruity royalty. Melon-like sweetness? It's not too sweet, but has just the right amount of acidity to balance it out. I thought it was wonderful that it didn't lose its freshness even when paired with a meal. I wondered if blue cheese would go well with the sweetness of the wine, It was not a bad match, but it was somewhat disjointed and far from a marriage.

It is a safe and reliable drink. It is easy to find at supermarkets and convenience stores and is the best tasting sake there is. If you can't go to a liquor store but still want to drink sake, this is the sake to buy! This is the sake I would buy if I couldn't go to a liquor store but still wanted to drink sake. The taste is fruity? The flavor is fruity, but the aroma and flavor are gentle, not strong. I guess it's like a table wine. For now, when I'm not in the mood to be adventurous and make a mistake, this is the sake I choose. This is the kind of sake I like.

Pear type? Refreshing and gorgeous. A little bit of a splash. I once had a bottle of HIZIRIZM, a test brew from the Seishuzo Brewery, and after that I ordered a few bottles from the Seishuzo Brewery and drank them. I remember they were all delicious. This time, I bought Kanto-no-Hana at a roadside station, so it seems to be available normally in Gunma. I wonder how it is in Tokyo? I would like to buy it again because it is something stable and tasty.

Is it hard to get? It seems to be an alcoholic beverage. A layman like me cannot tell how valuable it is just by looking at the label... I often see Jikin when I search for sake on the web. I see it, but I wonder if Jikin itself is a hard-to-find sake (like Tasake). (like Tazake). I don't know much about that. Sorry 😂. I got it as a gift at camp, and although I enjoyed it, I thought "I don't know what it tastes like right now", so I left a little bit of it and brought it home 😅. I'll try it again, Sweetness. Bitterness. A little sourness. It tastes a little characteristic, like a flavor I know, but I can't quite put my finger on it. I thought it was a well-balanced sake.

Karuizawa Hatsuchi City Yard purchase, 2nd bottle. Asamatake Junmai Ginjo 100% Hitogochi from Nagano Prefecture Refreshing and a little fruity. Some acidity and bitterness. The aroma is subdued (or is it "mild" in the sake sense?). The taste is light, with a hint of water. I thought it could use a little more umami. But when I paired it with Japanese food, I felt more of the aroma and the umami of the rice. It is a wonder. Maybe it was because it was freshly removed from the vegetable room that I felt it was so light. In my opinion, it tastes better when it is at room temperature.

The first royal sake in a long time. 🍶Sakunohana Junmai Ginjo It is a dry sake with a nice umami taste and a smooth finish. When you swallow it, it smells like amazake made with malted rice. Thanks to this, the Hinamatsuri (Girls' Festival) is light in my brain. The first time I drank it, I was surprised to find that it was so dry. I bought this at Karuizawa Hatsuji Ichiba, which I happened to pass by on the wrong street. It is not a liquor store, so I wondered if it would be good or not. I was not a sake shop, so I bought it thinking, "I wonder if it is a typical sake. It must be a typical sake of this brand. Hatsuji Ichiniwa is a stylish roadside station with vegetables, local specialties, and souvenirs. There are vegetables, local specialties, souvenirs, and a stylish restaurant. It was my first time to visit there, and it was quite nice. Well, I only bought vegetables and sake, so I didn't enjoy the stylishness... There were many branches for decoration and other nice things for sale, so it was a feast for the eyes. I was very impressed... Hmmm, this sake... Too sharp to finish. Food alcohol type, dangerous! 😂⚠️

The fruity flavor seems to come and go, but it doesn't. Slight bitterness, good sharpness. Oh, but there seems to be a pretty solid aftertaste. Mellow? It tastes just like the color on the label. It tastes like it has matured, like it's a pure sake.

Refreshing. Sweet but not so much fruity. I think. No, is it fruity? 🤔. Refreshing without overdoing it. Sweet but sharp. Is this what hybrids do? It has a nice sharpness, but you could say it's too good and the aftertaste is weak. No, but it becomes just right when you keep drinking. It is neither too sharp nor too weak. Similar to Rz 55. If I had to say whether it's good or not, it's definitely good. You can drink it forever. I think it's great that it feels like you can drink it forever. I think it's great. On my way back to the city after a long absence, I stopped by the Tokyu Food Show, where the brewer was present. I told him that I don't eat snacks, and he recommended this sake. He was right. Thank you ✨

The smell of pickles. Hmmm, what does this taste like? ...A beer that isn't bitter? From the appearance, I imagined something like amazake, but it was totally different. At any rate, the smell is like pickles. It does not taste like pickles. It is sour and bitter. I feel that the flavor is very good. The rice is 100% polished. It's brown rice, and nothing has been cut down. The label says "Item: Other Brewed Sake". So it is not sake. The yeast is alive and the flavor changes daily. It was indeed very active, and it took more than 5 minutes to open the bottle. I wonder how the taste will change if it is left to stand? Does it become sour? Will it get sweeter? I'm looking forward to it 🙂.

Gorgeous aroma. Intense sweetness. I don't know how to describe sake, but sweet like cotton candy? Is it safe to say...? The rice used was Hana-moi, which was delicious in Mutsu Hachisen. I held out for days and days and drank it with crazy expectations, and it tasted just as good as I expected. It is not just sweet, but also has a sake-like quality. I can see why Tasake is so popular. I would like to try some made with other types of rice. I can't get to Aomori often, so I'll just have to become a regular customer at my local liquor store 😊.

The last bottle of the sake series I bought in Hachinohe. Tastes like rice. Bitterness. Good sharpness. Alcoholic but not unpleasant. The aftertaste of rice remains. The aroma is moderate. If it had a sweet aftertaste, I might not like it. But this is delicious. I wonder if this kind of thing is called well-balanced.

Refreshing, light, and refreshing. It tastes like alcohol and disappears quickly. There is almost no aftertaste. The label on the back of the bottle says it was made with "the ultimate food sake" in mind. Well, it certainly is. It is easy to drink, and you can gobble it up. It was refreshing since I have been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately. It is perfect for late summer and delicious. ...Is this the same brewery as Hakurakusei? I have had Hakurakusei before. I remember it was delicious. Probably.

The very opening of the bottle is cautioned. I shook the bottle slowly before opening it to mix the whole bottle, but when I opened it, every time I turned the cork, the liquor came out shrieking. LOL! I opened it and put it back, and opened it and put it back, and opened it again... When I opened the bottle to pour a refill, there was still a sizzling sound. I knew it was a carbonated beverage. This is a carbonated drink. I'm not a fan of carbonated drinks, so this is a strong carbonation. But the sake flavor was strong and tasted good enough even after the carbonation was gone. Hachinohe Sake Brewery's stock is rising rapidly in my mind. ⤴️

The fragrance is sweet but refreshing. White flowers and greens, kind of refreshing. The aftertaste is not too sweet, and the sweetness disappears quickly. A little bitterness? It feels more like water than rice. It seems like good water is used. If it were wine, I would say it has a mineral taste, or something like that.

Fruity, like muscat. A little tangy, is it the slight effervescence? There is a slight astringency in the aftertaste. This one was purchased at Hachinohe's Hachishoku Center. I had heard that Tasake was like a phantom sake, but it seems that special junmai sake (purchased at a roadside station) and this sake are usually available anyway. I hope to someday get a taste of the fantastic Tasake (does it even exist?!?). I would like to know what it tastes like.
