Brewer's yeast from the sake brewing business. On the first sip, you'll get a sense of substance and strong bitterness, despite the funny and cute label. The unique acidity of the sake brewing process is also strong, but it won't lose to the richer food. In fact, the balance of the sake becomes better, and we feel that this is a sake with true value as a mid-meal drink. It is very delicious.
It is the first time we tried not to add any yeast to the brewery, but we want to drink it next year and after.
