I liked it best compared to three famous sakes. It has a subtle acidity that I like as a citrus lover. Is it similar to amanatsu? I will definitely find it and buy it. 森田淳也A faintly sweet smell. In the mouth, a sense of ripeness, coconut, and rice flavor spreads in the aftertaste. It's delicious, but I felt it was a little too alcoholic in the cold brew.
At room temperature, it smells like Shaoxing wine. The flavor becomes mellow and the taste increases. It is very delicious. I think this is a good drink for warming up. 慶太郎Dry, with a lasting, crisp finish. 森田淳也Sour fruit smell. The taste of apple and molasses spreads and the sweet and sour taste is pleasant.
