It has a faint aroma of ripening and fresh alcohol. In the mouth, it has a light maturation taste, and the aroma of rice is softly lingering. It has a light Junmai-shu taste, and the aroma of rice lingers softly.
At room temperature, the rice flavor comes out even more, and the balance is delicious. It looks good warmed up.
