御前酒the silence Fuzz Face 2018純米原酒生酒無濾過おりがらみ 森田淳也Subtle alcoholic notes.
Juicy, grapey, melon-like flavor. It is fruity, which I like very much. The sweetness is strong like juice with a molasses taste, but the aftertaste is clean with a slight bitterness and alcohol taste. I think it is similar to Kaze no Mori.
It is an unpasteurized sake, but I tried it warmed.
It's also full and delicious. It's different from cold sake in that it has a savory rice smell, and the umami and sweetness are strong, but the taste is clean.
This is a gem that I want to drink again. 森田淳也12% alcohol by volume
It has a faintly refreshing fruity aroma.
When you drink it, the taste of rice comes first though it is made by Ginjo. There is also a slight banana taste. The taste of the rice is strong as if it were an unpasteurized sake, but because it is made with a low alcohol content, it is not too heavy and can be drunk easily. You may end up drinking too much.
If you taste it well, you can feel a light sweetness like granulated sugar. It is the first time to drink it.
It was my favorite. 森田淳也The sake was unpasteurized, but I figured that Yamahai Junmai would be great heated, so I asked for both heated and cold sake.
I tried it warmed first. You can smell the ripe fruit and a hint of alcohol in the air. It also tastes like a ripe melon. It's easy to drink.
The cold sake has a very strong taste. It has a ripe sweetness. Personally, I prefer warmed sake that is easy to drink, but if you are comfortable with the density and sweetness, cold sake is more suitable for you.
I thought Hyogo had a lot of refreshing sake, but there are breweries with robust flavors. とろあわ[Hana no Mai Honjozo つう]
A refreshing dry sake. I felt the sweetness of the rice strongly. とろあわ[Yukio, Honjozo]
Dry taste, but you can feel the sweetness. The aftertaste is clean, so you can enjoy it while eating. 森田淳也It has a faint aroma of ripening and alcohol. In the mouth, you can feel the ripeness, and the rice flavor comes through slowly. When warmed, the ripeness changes to a delicious flavor.
My favorite Honjozo is now available. 森田淳也65% polished, #7 yeast.
Slightly fruity smell. Easy to drink at 17 degrees. The lingering bitterness and coconut flavor reminds me of grapefruit. The label says it is Junmai, but it may have been made as a ginjo, and it has a gorgeous flavor like a Junmai Ginjo.
It is a beautiful sake which explains the popularity of Kaze no Mori. 森田淳也Warmed up. The smell of freshly cooked rice. When you drink it, you can taste the broth like cooked rice. It is very delicious. It has a moderate alcoholic feel to it and does not drip. It's a gentle and relaxing drink. 森田淳也Almost no smell. In the mouth you get a light sense of maturity and rice flavor, with just the right amount of bitterness and acidity in the aftertaste. A very easy to drink example of junmai sake. As you savor it, you can taste the molasses-like sweetness.
When I asked for another cup warmed up, it had too much of a banana flavor that I didn't like. The banana flavor decreases as it cools. Cold sake seemed to be the right choice for me. 森田淳也It has a smooth, moderate aroma of alcohol. In the mouth, the richness of the rice flavor comes through, but it is crisp and easy to drink. It is plump and easy to drink. We asked for an assortment of snacks to go with the ate, which went well with all of them.
I didn't have a preference on the menu, so I asked them if they had any other sake, but they brought us this one, which was in the middle of being put to sleep, saying that it was room temperature. The panda on the label was cute and we decided on it immediately. I'm not a believer in opening one's mouth, but I'm happy because I don't often drink the first cup of sake.
