Very nice aroma. It was very tasty and went well with the meal. My friend is a beer drinker, so I drank it alone.
(1) at Isetan Ichikyoto Market Koji with a friend.
It was a delicious dish with a firm texture and a nice aftertaste. My friend is a beer drinker, so I enjoyed it alone.
Good evening, non non 🌙
I didn't know there was a market alley where you can compare drinks 😳 I'll make a note of it since it's a convenient place for ministry 🙏.
I wanted to try Tasake (rice wine) after seeing Sake-no-Wawa.
My husband bought it for me at Sake no Yamamoto. It has a nice aroma 😊When you drink it, you can taste the rice, sweet umami, a slight bitterness, and then it just goes straight to the finish. Delicious 🤗I can't help but drink too much 😉.
My husband bought it from a liquor store that recommended it to us.
I think it has over 300 colors. At first, it was served cold.
I was surprised at the taste. It has a strong acidity? Dry.
If you like sake, you will like it.
Then, I thought it should be heated up, so I tried heating it up.
。。。。 Unfortunately, it was not my favorite.
I didn't even drink a single gouge to preserve my liver. 🙇♀️🙏.
Maybe if you like it, you will like it. 🤗
My husband bought this Hiyoroshi 🤗.
We opened the bottle on Sake Day 😊.
Delicious. Delicious. It's delicious.
It has a slight aroma, moderate sweetness, spiciness and umami. Delicious. One more, one more. Just one more cup... It's hard to stop.
Good evening, non non😄.
When you find a good sake, it's hard to stop, isn't it?
I can't stop myself from drinking a bottle of sake, and I end up losing it 🤣👍.
Nice to meet you, non non non😄
Your comment about the delicious series of shots had such an impact on me that I had to comment 😅.
If I see any hiya oroshi, I'll definitely buy it too!
It has been a long time since I have had local sake.
It is very easy to drink and delicious, with a mild dry taste and a refreshing aftertaste.
The name "Junmai Daiginjo Tenyu Shusei Chiyu Shusen" was apparently taken from the "sake flag star" that lines the west side of the constellation Leo, and from a Chinese legend related to sake. This time, it was a limited-edition, direct-drafted, unblended sake. According to what my husband was told by the store staff, it was made in April and directly pumped.
Nice aroma, a bit subdued. Sweetness with a hint of sourness afterwards and a sense that it's a crop. It's a good wine. Delicious. It's a good sake.
I would rather enjoy this sake slowly and only with sake than as a food sake.
7th bottle of summer souvenir opened
Sake sold exclusively at Miyazumi Sake Brewery🤗.
Day 1, Hmm? I don't know, too crisp? I can't even smell it? Is something wrong with my health? I checked with my husband, but he too tilted his head and said, "Daiginjo? He also tilted his head.
On the second day, it had a nice, understated aroma, a very elegant sweetness, a moist but smooth taste, and was very tasty.
Summer trip souvenir, 6th bottle opened
At a sake shop in Aizu Wakayama.
Sake recommendations for sake that can be stored at room temperature.
It's a very Dry 😊.
Unfortunately it was not my favorite 🙏.
Maybe it tastes better lukewarm.
5th bottle opened as a souvenir from a summer trip.
It has a slight sweetness, a sourness and a crispness that you would expect from Yamahai. It is addictive taste.
It is a little milder on the second day than on the first day. Delicious 🤗
Urabandai Kogen Hotel 3/4
The first day of our stay in Urabandai Kogen Hotel, we went to the restaurant "Koraku". We had it for the first time on the second day of our stay.
It was very delicious. I wanted to buy it as a souvenir, but the brewery didn't have it.
We were told that you can buy Collage in Kansai, so we bought Miyazumi, which is hard to find in Kansai.
Summer Thoughts (1) / 4
Sake we received at the Urabandai Kogen Hotel on the first night. They were all delicious. I liked "Kaze ga Kowaru" the best and bought a bottle of "Green Label Nakadori" at a liquor store that was recommended to me by the hotel staff 🍶.
Opened the third bottle of summer travel souvenir. This sake was purchased at the Aizu Miyazumi brewery. The aroma is moderate when the bottle is opened, and the taste is refreshing, but delicious. Serve with grilled fish. It complements the meal and can be drunk as it is, even if you drink it in small doses, it seems to last forever. I still couldn't keep the proper amount of alcohol. 😅
Second bottle of summer travel souvenir opened.
A little dry. Very refreshing aftertaste.
It is like a summer sake. It went well with the dumplings I had for the first time in a while. It was very good with gyoza (Chinese dumplings).
