Nara no Shojo.
This label is also unique, Omachi! and Yamadanishiki! Five million stones! It's made from 100% regional rice. It's easy to understand! Because it's in Nara, it's brewed in the quiet atmosphere of the Yoshino cedar trees, and is said to be brewed over time in a kilometer-long brewery.
I found this Omachi to be the easiest to drink, with a mellow sweetness and mild taste on the third day.
When I tried it for the first time on the fourth day, it went from being mellow to a punchy sake!
