It's hot in the summer, but we enjoyed it lukewarm.
I enjoyed it at room temperature, lukewarm and hot, but lukewarm is the best for my taste, and it was mild and not prickly 😄
100% Miyagi rice
On the back, they say it's 10-15 degrees to cool and 30-40 degrees to warm up for a rich flavor. It's hard to tell the temperature at home 💦.
