Kaze-no-Mori is one of the top sake brands in the ranking of Sake-no-Wa.
We immediately ordered a bottle of their fruity sake, but there were so many different kinds that we didn't know which one to choose. I picked this one up first. Akitsuho 657.
Lightly carbonated and sweet. Just sweet.
A little different from sparring. I think it's more like champagne.
Next time I'd like to have a less sweet kind.
Ingredients: Rice, rice malt, 100% Akitsuho
Alcohol content: 17%.
Rice polishing rate: 65%.
