Nice to meet you, Taiheizan, Akita.
I like the atmosphere of this label because it has the feel of a Japanese sake.
I don't know much about it because I don't know enough about it yet 😅.
When I took a sip, I thought it was the sake, because it was unpasteurized, it was like sparkling sake and not too sweet, so I loved it. If you like it sweet, you might not like it.
We had a dinner dinner with the sake from Akita two days in a row.
