It's been a long time since we've had a cranky turtle. Echigo-Tsurukame has been a regular visitor to our shop. The last time it was a summer sake, it was easy to drink, but this is the usual Tsurukame. It was delicious, with a lot of flavour and almost no sourness or unpleasantness.
On the second or third day, it changes to a dry one.
Ingredients: rice, rice malt
Alcohol content: between 15 and 16 degrees
Rice polishing rate: 65%.
