Sake from Okumikawa, Aichi.
I got a bottle of this one, and this time I had it hot again, and it's a really delicious, non-intrusive sake that I enjoyed in two days. It's not the fruity type of sake that is popular these days, but it has a sweetness to it.
It's not easy to find at liquor stores, so I have been sending this one to me from Aichi Prefecture.
Ingredients: Rice, rice malt, brewer's alcohol
Alcohol content: 15-16 degrees or more
