JA Shunan's original pure rice ginjo-shu "Ichigane Issen,
It is made from the top-grade Yamada Nishiki rice (sake rice) from Shunan City, and the rice is polished to 50%, so you can taste the original flavor and aroma of the rice. We receive this sake every year from a native of Yamaguchi Prefecture, but it is not sold outside the prefecture, probably because it is sold by the JA.
It has a mild and deep taste and goes well with both fish and meat dishes, making it one of my favorite drinks 😁.
Ingredients: rice, rice kouji (from Yamaguchi prefecture)
Alcohol content: 16%.
Rice polishing rate: 50%.
